Ruben Alcantara Invented A Bike For Surfing

Looks like you can really ride waves now…

Just when we thought Ruben Alcantara was busy getting Fingers Crossed rolling, Ruben comes out with another invention giving you a new way to enjoy riding. This time around, he’s combined his love for surfing with BMX and created a way to surf waves with a motorized board that has handlebars and fins to steer. This is still in early prototype stages, but it sounds like he has already got things working how he imagined it! You can check out an INTERVIEW HERE where he discusses the idea and some of the features that makes it work. It is in Spanish, but Google Translate works perfect for if you speak another language. Take a peek, because this thing looks FUN.
