Product: Fit – Mac Frame

November 2, 2011

Here’s a look at Fit‘s new Shawn McIntosh signature “Mac” frame. The Mac frame features a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.6″ bottom bracket height, 9″ stand over height and a 13.35″- 13.625″ chainstay length. The frame also features a mid bottom bracket, removable brake mounts and optional gyro tabs, double gusset with embossed script logo, a butted top and seat tubes, straight gauge down tube, single bend chain stays, straight gauge tapered stays, curved stay bridges, 2.3″ tire clearance and 3/16″ thick 4Q baked dropouts. The Mac frame is available in matte black and gloss clear with 20.625″, 20.875″, 21.125″ top tube lengths and a weight of 4.86 lbs (2.2kg). I’d imagine this frame is able to hold up to anything you can throw at it based on how Shawn rides…

Down With The Clown ‘Til You’re Dead In The Ground

November 2, 2011

Zack Gerber showed up at the Bro Bowl jam this year as one of America’s greatest known outcasts, a Juggalo. As expected, he threw down some real good riding, but I will say this would have been a million times funnier if he had Jnco’s on.

The Hunt For Shred October 2

November 2, 2011

“Although most sequels cannot hold to the original, we still went out and made another anyways. Instead of covering a whole month’s worth of riding, the footage contained in this installment is all from Halloween. The soundtrack isn’t as masterful or insightful as the original composition by Frank Black. And the whole nautical theme gets totally lost and overlooked by the scramble to get clips before the nightfall of Halloween. But still, we felt our loyal viewers deserved an edit in a time when updates on SJBMX are few and far between.
