It looks like Scott Ditchburn has decided it was time for a new colorway on his signature Thunderbeast Frame from Subrosa Brand! The new Red to Black fade (burning from below) colorway is available worldwide through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Subrosa Brand worldwide now!
The Thunderbeast frame is made from 4130 chromoly with a 75-degree head tube angle, 69-degree seat tube angle, 11.6″ bottom bracket height, 9″ stand over height and a 13.5″ (Slammed) Chainstay length. The frame features a heat-treated integrated head tube, gussets on the top and down tubes, double butted top and down tubes, an ovalized down tube to help resist denting, a heat-treated MID bottom bracket, an integrated seat post clamp, Investment Cast wishbone on the chain stay and Investment Cast bridge on the seat stay, ovalized chain stays to help resist denting from grinding, stays that flatten at the drop outs to give extra clearance for hub guards, a wide rear triangle to fit 2.40″ tires and heat-treated 14mm drop outs.
This frame is available in top tube lengths of 20.5″, 20.75″, 21″ and 21.5″ with a weight of 5.1 lbs. (21″) and other color options of black and concrete grey.
