Dew Tour San Francisco – Street Prelims

The Dew Tour is in San Francisco this weekend and it looks like things are getting pretty wild! Check out this video from street prelims TCU dropped then check out the full results from street and dirt! Expect a TON of footage from all the events to start surfacing sooner than later.

The Dew Tour Toyota City Championships kicked off competitions today with semifinals for BMX Street and Dirt. Chad Kerley took the top spot on the street course this afternoon, landing a double peg up the handrail with a barspin out to manual all the way around into an ice pick down the big hubba ledge. His string of techincal tricks led to increasing scores, keeping him ahead of the pack.

Lights lit up the San Francisco sky for the BMX Dirt semi-finals at the Dew Tour Toyota Championships. The world’s best BMX riders battled it out in two heats of 12, with only 10 advancing to the finals. After a night filled with massive airs and technical tricks, Daniel Sandoval came out victorious. His top scoring run consisted of a 360 down whip, a whip to tuck, 360 bar to down whip, 360 down whip to barspin.

“It feels pretty great to be qualified first because there are so many heavy hitters out here,” said Sandoval. “There are so many riders that want to be in that spot. Tomorrow, I just want to stay on my bike and do well.”
