Oh wow… This is a pretty incredible story. I guess Giulio Giampaolo has BMX to thank for catching a cancerous tumor in his chest due to a crash. What’s even more amazing is that even though he’s still undergoing chemo, he’s out riding. Anyone who has seen somebody going through that or gone through chemo knows that it sucks the life out of you and you don’t have any energy… So this is pretty incredible to see him throwing down on his bike like this. Hell yeah, Giulio!
