Looking for a good BMX workout?
If you’re stuck inside and can’t ride due to quarantine or mandatory shelter rules in place to reduce the spread of the Coronvirus, you’re probably looking for ways to stay active. Matthias Dandois decided to put together a video where he shows the BMX workout he has been doing for the past few years to help him not only stay in shape, but improve his riding as well. This isn’t riding, but it should help out! Grab a yoga mat, hit play and follow along! We would imagine this is probably a lot of stuff he learned from those high end trainers Red Bull athletes get.
“We can all agree this Covid-19 situation sucks.
And staying home is the best thing you can do right now.
BUT! Staying home does NOT mean sit on your couch and stare at your phone.
I have had a workout routine the past 3 years that has helped me becoming a better BMX rider, preventing injuries and most of all staying in good shape.
I feel like this is the perfect time to share it with you.
