Matthias Dandois – Unlocked Down

This year has been a weird one for the world, but it has unlocked some pretty amazing spots normally not available to ride. Matthias Dandois took advantage of a quiet night in Paris to film this new video filled with amazing riding at a ton of incredible spots. Needless to say, you won’t want to miss it!

“Paris is the most visited city in the world and is always full of energy and surprises.
The streets that were once full of cars, tourist and pedestrians suddenly became quiet and empty in November.
From the Champs Elysées to the Eiffel Tower and going through Montmartre or Paris Opera house, It made a perfect playground for BMX riding and some never-seen-before footage in the French capital who fell asleep.

It’s pretty incredible what can be done with a camera these days. We’ve seen drone footage plenty of times since they’ve gained popularity, but we haven’t seen a video quite like this. Matthias Dandois just released this new video of him laying down a ton of great flatland riding with some pretty wild drone footage. When was the last time you saw a drone fly over a toptube mid trick? Take a look!

HaroZona

The past few months have been weird and challenging to say the least, and it has cut back on travel time for pretty much everyone. Some of the Haro team decided to load up for a road trip to Arizona where they spent some time exploring street spots and parks, just to get out and ride something new. Here’s a look at what they stacked for clips during the trip! Needless to say, the crew consisting of Chad Kerley, Dennis Enarson, Matthias Dandois and Alex Leibrock delivered and there’s plenty of heat to check out in this!

“Suffering from communal cabin fever caused by the Covid lock downs, we got the crew together and hit the road as soon as we heard word that cases were declining and restrictions easing. Weary not to venture too far during these uncertain times, we kept close to home and cruised through the desert to the great state or Arizona, aka HaroZona!

Swatch – Matthias Dandois Welcome Video

It has been a long time since we’ve had somebody get a fresh watch sponsor! Matthias Dandois now has no reason for not knowing what time it is thanks to his new sponsor, Swatch. Check out this welcome video where Matthias goes to work on spots around New York City putting his amazing flatland and street hybrid style to work! As always, Matthias finds plenty of ways to blow our minds with his riding, and his ability to go from a street style move like a 180 out of the back of a semi trailer directly into a flatland combo is so damn crazy. Hit play and enjoy!

“MATTHIAS DANDOIS
KEEP MOVING KEEP CREATING!

“Hey!” says our BMX flatland and street ninja.

Living between New York and Paris, Matthias spends a lot of time in airplanes, but that doesn’t stop him from grabbing some of BMX’s most impressive titles. His career started rolling back in 2002 and he was crowned World Champion for the first time in 2008, at the age of 19. Ever since, he put seven more of those in the pocket, together with dozens of other titles and mentions. Quite impressive right? We know. But, not as impressive as his fear of snakes though– ask the girlfriend, she surely has some good stories to share.

Self-nominated: restless, stubborn, and clumsy, Matthias splits his creativity and imagination between the action sport and content creation, his other passion. Always searching for new places to ride, and pushing the boundaries of different riding styles, our progressive ProTeam athlete surely is a perfect fit for Swatch.
