Vans BMX Pro Cup Chile – Qualifying Raw Cut

Get a look at what went down during the Vans BMX Pro Cup regional qualifier in Chile!

This past weekend kicked off the 2018 Vans BMX Pro Cup Series. This first stop was a regional qualifier in Chile for the AM’s to get their spot in the finals and the Pro contest later this year! Here’s a look at what went down during qualifiers with a few guest clips from some of the Pro’s that made the trip on down to ride with the locals! As expected, there was a ton of wild riding going on. Expect to see more from finals soon!

“Vans BMX Pro Cup Chile qualifying round was an amazing look into the scene of not only Chile, but South and Central America as whole. Yesterday was filled with countless stories of riders long travels to get the the contest, some spending 7 days on a bus just to compete. With 106 riders in the qualifying round, it’s safe to say there was an excess of bangers. When all was said and done judges Dennis McCoy, Joe Rich and Gary Young let the top 27 riders into the final round. Tomorrow is going to be nothing short of epic.” – Ride BMX

FISE Jeddah – BMX Finals Highlights

The first ever FISE stop even in Saudi Arabia, and first ever major BMX contest there as well, went down over the past few days with some of the best ramp riders and flatland riders in the world dropping in. Here’s a look at all the highlights from park finals and the flatland finals!

Kink BMX – Saturday Selects: Argentina – Part 3

Kink had some more behind the scenes footage from their trip to Argentina…

A little while back the Kink BMX team spent some time cruising spots down in Argentina (VIDEO: Kink BMX In Argentina). They had a bunch of leftover footage that’s been making its way online in the form of these Saturday Selects videos. Here’s a look at part 3 that gives us a look at more of what Casey Starling, Sean Sexton, Travis Hughes and more got into from the crashes to some b-roll and second angles.

Here’s some news for the trails and transition lovers out there! United have released this sneak peek look at their new Knights Bridge frame that they’re getting real close to releasing. This frame features longer top tube lengths that range from 21.125″ – 21.375″, 74.4-head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height, 9″ standover height and a 13.9″ chainstay length. This even has the welded on chainstay brake mounts and guides.

No word on the exact release date or price, but we would imagine we’ll see this one dropping early April since that’s when a lot of other new products are coming. It will be available in this Merlot red and Raw just in time for the outdoor sessions to start rolling again.

Nathan Williams – Battle Clip

Yesterday we got a look at Nathan Williams‘ new Source BMX Lock In video that was loaded up with some great riding. But, sometimes it looks like everything was pulled first try, when in reality there was definitely some work that needed to be done to get the clips. Here’s a behind the scenes look at Nathan battling it out with a rail to hard 180 to fakie double peg to 180.

Sneak Peek: Subrosa X Radical Rick

Subrosa and Radical Rick have a new collaboration!

Here’s some news that some of your older guys will be real stoked about! Subrosa have announced that they will be releasing a limited edition collaboration with Radical Rick creator, Damian Fulton! The collaboration will feature a special edition seat with Radical rick designs, hats and shirts, stickers and a full size poster that will be available through Subrosa and Subrosa dealers worldwide. Below is a look at the No Wimps seat and the the No Wimps shirt. You can view the other shirt, hats, stickers and poster, along with a few words from Subrosa on what sparked this collaboration on the Subrosa Website.

We will let you know when this all drops at the beginning of April! Should be rad!

The Double Trouble

Marius Dietsche coming in hot with another dialed mix edit from the streets of Australia for your viewing pleasure. This time around we get a bunch of footage featuring Sean Falkenstein, Kym Grosser, Mattieh Pelandan, James Pease, Josh Newman, Jakob Flitzer, Bradley Anderson, Janis Oriovich, Paul Cooper, Austin Gardener, Dylan Moore, Max Cvetkovich, Tim Storey, Caraig Troy, Jake Norris, Pat Johns, Brad Baker and Cal Eggington out cruising spots and having a good time with plenty of team work. Each clip features at least two of the guys riding the spots together leading to some proper team work. Overall, this BMX video has great riding and a super good vibe. If you keep up with the site, you know we’ve been sharing a bunch of videos from Jonny Lee showing his different 3D printed BMX parts that he has been making. After all the videos, Jonny has been getting a number of questions about the different things like the liquid he dips the parts in after they are completed, why he doesn’t run the parts on his bike full-time, how the weight compares to aluminum or chromoly parts and more. Jonny decided to do this one while out for a brisk cruise on his motorcycle, but there’s a good look at some of the different parts he has made over the past few months.
