January 26, 2024

Matt Nordstrom is always laying down crazy lines and combos!

Fit Bike Co. coming through with a fresh Instagram compilation of clips from the street and park sessions that Matt Nordstrom has been getting in over the past few months. As expected, Matt lays down a ton of crazy lines and combos packed with grinds, whips, barspins, spins, crankflips and much, much more. This is too good to pass up, so get on that play button.

“Your favorite tech biker’s favorite tech biker…. Matt Nordstrom. Nordy has years worth of meltage all oooey gooey on his Insta. And in recent months, we’ve mocked up a few different versions of compiling them for your mind-melting pleasure. With his new frame and updated bar out now… plus his recent Unclicked Podcast streaming on @OurBMX, we figured we’d just let this one fly to see if this is something we should keep doing or if ya’ll just want that fresh tech? Give us some feedback in the comments!” – Fit Bike Co.

Dan Foley – Cross Platform

January 26, 2024

Dan Foley put together 11 minutes of raw footage!

We’re always stoked when Dan Foley uploads a new video to check out! Here’s two years worth of raw clips from solo park and street sessions he has been getting in. As always, Dan brings the style to everything he touches, and the film work is definitely on point, too. Check it out!

“A compilation of 2 years worth of Instagram clips, repurposed into a raw YouTube video. I shoot most of my Instagram content with a regular camera at either a 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio, then crop it vertically for reels. This video showcases a lot of those clips in their original state.

Shot throughout 2022/2023 on a Panasonic GH5 and GH6.” – Dan Foley

Common Crew – Peaked

January 26, 2024

The Common Crew have released a fresh 10 minute mix!

It has been a few years since the Common Crew have put anything new out, but they’ve decided to release this 10 minute mix with five years worth of footage from the archives for your viewing pleasure. Is this the last one from the Common Crew? We’re not sure, but this is a solid way to wrap things up!

“Sauce decided to empty out some hard drives full of unfinished projects, leftovers, warm ups and rare clips were saved but never found their way into a video. With clips from riders all over the world, on a wide variety of different teams, it’s unlikely you’ll ever see another video with a lineup quite like this one. Filmed between 2015 – 2020.” – Common Crew

Andy Maguire – Full Moonatics & 38 Special

January 25, 2024

Andy Maguire sent through a double whammy for us to check out today!

We’re always stoked when Andy Maguire‘s name pops up in the inbox with a fresh edit to check out. This time around he hit us with two new videos. The first is a mix from the sessions he got with friends over the course of 2023 during their full moon sessions throughout the year. The second is Andy’s look back at his riding from 2023 as a whole. Both videos are loaded with great riding and good vibes, so make sure you check these out!

“Filming at night is nothing new in BMX, but what isn’t really explored is the reasons for doing it. Some places are so hot, the most comfortable time to ride is at night. More densely populated areas are often so bustling that the best time to be productive is when the average bystander has gone to bed. And for many, the only way to make time for BMX is when you punch out for the day and somehow still have the drive to pedal even after the sun has gone down. After becoming a dad, I learned that I was still very motivated to ride, but had to adapt to new responsibilities in order to keep the stoke alive. I began riding at night more often, despite not having a lot of decent spots, a well-lit skatepark or many others to ride with. Although far from perfect, night time sessions allowed me to balance a new phase of my life as well as make time to enjoy what I love to do.

Gradually, the sessions became less isolated and the stoke started to spread to others. Trips over the hill to ride in San Jose or other nearby cities led to some really fun sessions. A special camaraderie was growing from these night missions, with other riders finding ways to balance their work/responsibilities and make time for BMX. Even though night time conditions offer many challenges, the energy was something that we were all largely growing fond of. On nights where the moon shown in full and provided slightly more visibility, a certain kind of magic enveloped the sessions.

In 2023, I made it a goal to ride and film on every full moon and make an edit. When you think about it, you have 12 sessions to film, which isn’t a lot. Factor in people’s responsibilities/schedules, weather, spot selection, or simply people being tired, I realized this was quite a feat. Despite these setbacks, everybody came through, whether it was doing some sick moves, patiently filming, or simply providing good company. Big thanks to my family for supporting my idea, and all the riders involved. I’m not sure if I’ll continue the tradition of riding on the full moon in 2024, but this truly made riding in 2023 a special and memorable experience.

Featuring: Jesse Sawyer, Andy Maguire, Reed Zirjacks, Kord McKinney, Brendan Bertolini, Mike Edwards, Jordan Murdock, Paul Berendt, Bryan Rodriguez, Tim Maguire, Milad Karimi, Lydon George, Neal Sharma, and Josiah Bledsoe.

Moore BMX – Sean Ricany Uncut

January 25, 2024

Sean Ricany gets on the Moore BMX Podcast for another round!

The other day Sean Ricany was on the Unclicked Podcast, and now we get a second round as he got on a video call with Brant Moore for the Moore BMX podcast. Check out over an hour and a half of Sean telling his side of the story, what came up from the Unclicked Podcast, riding and much, much more. Get on that play button and take it all in!

“Sean Ricany was at the forefront of BMX progression from a very young age. He has ridden for multiple huge companies even outside of the BMX world including Red Bull, Kicker Audio, and Rockstar Energy. He has also filmed many incredible videos throughout the years. Sean’s riding legacy is undeniable and recently he has spoken out about many things within BMX.

This podcast is not meant to keep all of this going or bring up more drama in BMX. While Sean may be aggressive with his opinions at times, I don’t feel like silencing someone when they have an opinion you don’t like is the appropriate way to approach anything. The only way to work through things is to talk about it. I’ve talked quite a bit about this entire situation so when Sean reached out to me at 5 am yesterday about doing a podcast, I was nervous but 1000% in. We recorded this instead of doing it live in case anything needed to be edited and as you may notice, the entire podcast is uncut. Nothing was removed and we had a great conversation.

At the end of the day we are all people. None of us are perfect. Sean is a person. He admits his faults and owns up when he is wrong. This podcast isn’t one I thought would ever happen but I’m glad it did.” – Brant Moore

S&M Bikes – Jonny Devine 2024

January 24, 2024

Jonny Devine gets it done on all terrains!

Here’s a fresh video S&M Bikes dropped featuring Jonny Devine putting in work on trails , parks and street spots from the U.K to Spain, Canada and more! Jonny is one of those guys who can absolutely shred anything in front of him, and this video is a good reminder of that. Take a look!

“S&M’s UK killah Jonny Devine has done a bit of bouncing around the last few years. The result? A global collection of clips of him killing it on dirt and concrete all mashed into this sweet vid.

“Filmed over the last few years through B.C Canada, Malaga and throughout the U.K it’s been a good time getting on trips with the dudes! Cheers to the Decoy Trails boys and the guys over at Nettle Trails for letting me snag clips at your spots! Big thanks also to Ryan Hallet for filming a bunch of this, and anybody else that pointed the camera at me!”” – S&M Bikes
