“I am still here but I’m feeling burnt out this 4th of July weekend, and don’t feel like talking too much about what I did in the garage for the past few months.

If you’re an old friend, you know what to expect, and if you’re new, welcome to the shitshow. It’s a mix of old, new, and maybe most importantly, challenging stuff for me.

This time out, I unknowingly had some repeats from earlier videos happen. And this is partly because I forgot that I already did them on a few, and partly because some things are just fun to do multiple times instead of calling it one and done.

Kevin Nikulski – Doomed Roller

If you want to see some dialed flatland riding, this new Kevin Nikulski video is the one you will want to watch! Freedom BMX dropped this banger of a video that Kevin put the work in for, and it’s jammed with so many crazy combos. Take a look!

“Abracadabra! The Best Trick Contest at Flat du Palais proved once again: flatland is simply crazy wizard shit! One of the masterminds behind the event is Kevin Nikulski—arguably one of the country’s greatest flatland wizards.

We get to experience the full force of the latest spells cast by this rider—crowned *freedombmx* Flatlander of the Year every year from 2013 to 2022—in *Doomed Roller*. Filming spanned a total of three years and cost the Kunstform rider plenty of blood, sweat, and tears. This was especially true for the final trick, which Kevin attempted around 300 times a day for a full week (!) before finally nailing it.

The result is a video that will still be well worth watching ten years from now. In short: pure magic—don’t miss it!

X Games Chiba 2026

Last weekend X Games Sacramento 2026 went off, and it looks like some of those riders hopped on a plane straight for Japan for the next round. The second round of the X Games 2026 series went down in Chiba, Japan with Men’s and Women’s BMX Park and Men’s BMX Street events going down. The full live replays, along with top 3 runs have made their way online and we’ve compiled it all in one place for you to check it out. Let’s Lurk with Dakota Roche

Here’s a bit of an interesting perspective in this new video Dakota Roche put together. You see a lot from posts on Instagram to the video video parts, but for guys like Dak there’s a whole lot of time spent “behind the scenes” exploring to find street spots to ride for those clips. Typically you only see the highlights in the form of those clips they get along the way, and not really the mission of finding the spot. Dakota decided to take you along for one of those missions where he explores a handful of spots to see what he comes across. Take a look!
