Scotty Cranmer – The Rainbow Ramp
It’s always interesting how you can change up a skatepark with a single ramp that can be moved around. Scotty Cranmer busted out the Rainbow Ramp at the Incline Club for a session where the crew went to work seeing what they could come up with. Needless to say, things got a little crazy. Check it!
“So we all met up at the skatepark for a session and I invited a very special guest my good friend Augie Simoncini! He was in town for the weekend from California. So I decided to do something fun and different so we took the kicker that me and Cory Berglar made and moved it all around the skatepark to see what kind of awesome tricks we could come up with on it! The session turned epic as soon as we turned the camera on! Everyone did some amazing tricks and Augie tried to do a front flip for the first time in about 5 years! He bailed and flew from about 20ft in the air back to the ground and got up like it was nothing! CRAZY! Watch the video the riding is next level!”

You can get a look at the full range of bikes, along with the story of Subrosa who are celebrating 10 years this year, the Subrosa Street Rail, their War on Theft line of locks and more! If you want more info on the bikes, you can check out the full range of 2017 bikes here – Subrosa 2017 Complete Bikes
“Introducing the 2017 Subrosa Complete Bike Collection!
Subrosa complete bikes have always had a reputation for being outside the box. Hell, when we launched our first two collections, they were entirely Black and White. We didn’t want to use any flashy colors because we wanted the quality and details to stand out.
Thankfully years later we make some of the most innovative sought after colorways available, matched with the same high level of quality we demand from our factories, and our completes are always designed and spec’d by riders for riders.
2017 is hands down our best complete bike line ever. From bikes for riders seeking their first BMX experience, to set ups that rival full after market builds, we put the same knowledge, focus, and passion into each model.
Whether it’s spec, color ways, and decals, to production and assembly, Subrosa now has full control over every step of the manufacturing process to ensure that the end result is the best complete bikes you can buy.
This also marks a special year for Subrosa as 2016 is our 10 year anniversary! We are really proud of this feat, so while we were creating our new catalog we wanted to explain a little bit of history of the brand, what we’re about, and behind the scenes into Subrosa. We introduce you to some employees, and talk about what BMX means to us. We feel it’s important for riders to know what they support inside and out.”
Tony Hamlin – Most Extreme Plaza Stunts
Tony Hamlin posted up this short video from a plaza he tried to ride, and clearly was kicked out of. Although the session didn’t last long, he was still able to get a couple worth checking out. Pretty crazy that there are still skateparks that ban bikes.
“I made this video for Albert Mercado. How are bikes still getting kicked out public skateparks in 2016?!”
LFS2 – Dan Diehl Section
The LFS crew dropped Dan Diehl‘s section from the “LFS2” video online for your viewing pleasure. This section starts out with a rough crash that left Dan seeing stars, then it gets right into some damn good street riding where Dan puts his pegs to good use and jumps so big gaps! Check it!
“Where LFS all began, this guy right here. He rallied up the troops and created this crew. FUN FACT Originally LFS-1 was supposed to be a DVD with all split sections. (JWG/Dan , Smallfry/Lil Nick , etc) He’s been an east coast killer for years and it continues with his section in LFS2. We need ya Dan, come back to NJ!”

Deco BMX – Chad DeGroot Inside of a Penske Truck
We’ve seen Deco‘s Chad DeGroot ride in a lot of places over the years, but this is the first time we’ve seen him getting down in the back of a Penske truck. Hit play if you want to check out a little flatland action. The back story behind this one is also pretty interesting, so check that out below.
“My first GO FUND ME project to raise money to fix my local park called Candyland started in November of 2015. I had no idea what I was getting myself in to. But with the blessing of the city and tons of thumbs up it all started. Want to thank every person, every dollar, and all who helped in this project to make it awesome. Donations from this and in store at Mr. B’s plus fund raising from DecoBMX/Mr. B’s/ Billy Richardson and all of you has reached $2706.02 and thank you all. With materials, transportation, and some unforeseen costs total needed to be raised is $3900 so that puts us $1193.98 short. I had additional expenses flying up to State College to rent a Penske truck to trek it back to Longwood. …sorry for the delay but this is a process. Serious problems here and there but all handled. So once we dropped the obstacles off I still had the truck for a few more days. Offered it to a few people to use for moving or other, but no one took me up on this. Then it rained one day and the idea to ride inside it blossomed. Check out https://www.gofundme.com/6tbsy6w4 and know this project was far from easy, but it did work and brought smiles to our community. And in the end I got a quick session in one of the tightest areas I have ever ridden in. Enjoy.” – Chad Degroot
Vans – Gary Young “Illustrated” Bonus Section
If there’s one guy you can always count on to come through with the good stuff, it’s Gary Young. Here’s a little behind the scenes insight into a clip that took a little more effort than expected to get done while filming for the Vans “Illustrated” video. It’s pretty crazy that, even after all these, years Gary can still find some NBD’s like this one at Home Ave.
“Gary Young takes a classic San Diego ditch spot and makes it famous once again with behind the scenes commentary about how he one-upped himself on his home turf for the Vans Illustrated Bmx Video.”
