Clink – Bike Lock and Multi-Tool Combo

It’s not all too often we get hit with a link to a Kickstarter that appears to be for an entirely different demographic in the cycling industry than BMX, but it’s in fact designed for BMX and was designed by an actual BMX rider. Jon Schwass hit us up with a link to his new Kickstarter for his new Bike Lock and Mult-Tool combo called the “Clink”. Think of it like one of the Shadow, DK or Animal multi-tools, but with a U-Lock built into it so you can also lock your bike up… Above is a video explaining the lock and how the idea came above. Below you can find a list of the tools inside as well.

Vans – “Illustrated” Trailer #2

Last week we got the preview of the Vans “Illustrated” DVD with their first trailer — Vans “Illustrated” DVD Trailer — Now, we have a second trailer that gives us a look at some of the riding and some bits of stories the team guys had from filming for the video. All we know is this is one BMX video that’s bound to kick a ton of ass. Only a week until it drops!

“The Vans BMX Team is a group of creative individuals who express themselves by constantly pushing the boundaries of what can be done on two wheels. In doing so, each rider illustrates their own artistic approach and style on the many canvases of concrete, dirt, and wood. Even after they are done riding their marks can still be seen in what has been left behind; from the tire tracks in the dirt to the marks on the walls, rails and ledges.
