No… No… No.. No.. Kill it with fire! Apparently there’s a company out there that is making the “balls” that hang off trucks, but for bikes, and they even glow in the dark and double as a bike light. We usually don’t try and be negative on purpose, but seriously? No. At least there’s some solid riding in this promo. I guess the good news is, you can finally buy a set of balls your friends said you needed to pull a trick?

If we ever had a secret agenda for BMX, it would be to convince more kids to get creative like this! Kriss Kyle just dropped this new BMX video from a few sessions at Unit 23 where he cooked up a BUNCH of super creative lines. Honestly, each one of these clips are pretty unpredictable and damn amazing. Highly, highly, highly suggest you hit play and enjoy this. You will find yourself scrolling back over and over again to re-watch tricks just to see if you caught everything. Hell yeah, Kriss! Keep these coming.

Cult and People’s Store connect over in Germany, Louis Zimmer coming through with a fresh new BMX video for you to check out. Louis spends his time cruising a little curb cut area where he puts his freecoaster to heavy use to cook up some unique lines. It definitely doesn’t take much to keep Louis happy, that’s for sure. Earlier this week we caught The CMPNY Video – Vol. 1, now we get another mix from the entire crew as they put in work at a bunch of different skateparks and street spots down in Florida. Brad McNicol pulled out his GoPro Hero 4 Session (and a few other cameras like his iPhone) and spent a day cruising street spots and his local skateparks. Hit play and take a ride with him to see how it all went down. It would be rad to see more footage from the other angles since I’m sure most of this does little justice to what Brad was throwing down.
As the weather starts warming up and the sunlight keeps increasing up here on the northern hemisphere, the crew down in Australia are starting to catch shorter days. Above is a look at what went down at their annual jam to wrap up the summer months. If you’re looking for some heavy bowl roasting, this is definitely the BMX video for you. Excellent riding, great vibe and that park looks so fun to ride. Enjoy! Shout out to Hell On Wheels for making this one happen.

The 040 BMX Park are throwing a contest on their spine ramp on June 4th with a good chunk of cash up for grabs! Check out the flyer above and the full details below. If you can get to Eindhoven in the Netherlands, you’re in for a good time! Mark your calendars and start planning the trip.
“040 Invitational Spine Ramp contest
(Eindhoven, 15 April 2016). It’s time to get the calendars out and save the date of 4 June 2016 for the 040 Invitational Spine Ramp contest to be held in the city centre of Eindhoven, Netherlands. Europe’s better pro miniramp riders have been invited to come ride on the brand new 20m x 10m x 2m spine mini built by 040BMXPARK. The double coping spine ramp will have a sub box and a wall also and will be set up on the 18 Septemberplein in the city centre during the E-Moves Urban Culture Festival.
The one-day contest will kick off with an open qualifier at 10:30hr followed by practice till 13:00hr. With € 5000,= prize money up for grabs to be divided by the top seven riders, it will be an interesting spectacle in front of a big crowd. The competition starts at 13:00hr and is free to attend. Around 18:00hr the first winner of the 040 Invitational Spine Ramp contest will be announced. Nearby 040BMXPARK will be open after the contest. With so many good riders in town, you don’t want to miss that session.
The following riders have already announced their presence: Freestyle Games champion Tom van den Bogaard (NL), Red Bull riders Daniel Wedemeijer (NL) and Paul Thölen (Germany), German brothers Tobias and Dominik Freigang, Kenneth Tancré (Belgium), French sensation Maxime Charveron, Jack Clark, Cam Peak, and Declan Brooks from England and all the way from Australia and certainly wanting to shoot for the moon: Brock Horneman. More riders to be announced soon.
