So much talent coming out of St. Petersburg these days. Here’s a new one from Jenya “Shmiga” Simonov who put in some work on streets and his local skatepark to stack clips for this BMX video. Plenty of grinds to see in this short but sweet video, so get on it.

Here’s a rad video that Matt Copland put together from footage he collected over the course of the past summer of him and his friends hitting up different skateparks along the Norfolk coast of the U.K! It seems like we get a fresh BMX video from Malaga, Spain on a daily basis these days. Here’s one the Mallorca Riders crew dropped from a trip they took to the city to ride the Malaga Skatepark, a few street spots, pools and Ruben’s big dirt quarter. Check out what went down!
We’re not too familiar with Anthony Catlow, but we are stoked to see this BMX video he just dropped filled with wild clips he filmed over the course of the past month or two. Anthony is not scared to send it over a big drop or down a big rail, that’s for sure. Hit play and see what he cooked up!
If you have been around BMX long enough, you have seen trends come and go, things get bigger, then smaller, then bigger again. At the end of the day, BMX has been working to find the perfect size that ultimately makes riding a BMX bike feel better and ride better. There’s been A LOT of trial and error over the years and we’ve seen things go from really rough and unreliable to very detailed and dialed. There’s a lot more that goes into developing a new product than drawing something up on a napkin and hoping it works… Which has happened in BMX’s fairly short existence more than once. I personally have been riding BMX for somewhere around 17 years.. You kind of lose track after a while, but it’s somewhere around there. In that time, there’s been A LOT of changes from every aspect of what makes a BMX bike. Products are very refined and it seems like we see new products with only small changes in degrees and millimeters these days that can make all the difference in how a bike can ride and in general feel, which is pretty amazing. One thing in particular that we’ve seen change A LOT over the years are handlebars. When looking at other parts of a BMX bike, it’s safe to say that bars have grown in size the most in comparison to where it was when I first picked up a bike… Let’s talk about this a little bit.
Last month, some of the Profile Racing team made their way out to California to cruise pools, trails, skateparks and street spots. Here’s a rad BMX video from the trip featuring the team, along with a handful of friends, getting down at those spots. All in all, great video with a good mix of riding, styles and spots. It was announced way back in May that Felix Prangenberg joined the Wethepeople Pro Team, now today we were surprised to get an email with a full and official welcome to the pro team video nearly 7 months later. Despite the long wait, we’re still beyond stoked to see what Felix cooked up for this video. There’s a ton of lines filled with grinds, freecoaster lines, spins, whips and more.
