Kink BMX – A Sunday Afternoon in Riga, Latvia
Kink sent through a chill new BMX video featuring some of their crew getting some time in at a few spots in Riga, Lativa! Check out what Sean Sexton, Tony Hamlin, Darryl Tocco, Kristaps Reimanis and a few others threw down during the day. Looks like it was a good time to us!
“We recently spent some time in Riga, Lativa riding hard, and filming for an upcoming Kink project. We took a nice Sunday off of the missions, to hang with some locals, and cruise some of the fun plazas and parks Riga has to offer! Enjoy a lazy Sunday afternoon in Eastern Europe…

Ruben Alcantara and the Story of Malaga Skatepark
DIG just released this great video featuring Ruben Alcantara telling the story of how the Malaga Skatepark all came about and some of the challenges that almost kept the park from ever happening! There’s also a TON of riding footage from Ruben which is always a good thing! Take a look!
“Ruben Alcantara has always been one to question what is possible, and to push any boundaries that could limit his vision. After decades of this personal journey repeating itself in his riding, it would only make sense that Ruben go through the exact same process with anything he is involved with. What you are about to watch is a tale of the new skatepark in his hometown of Malaga, Spain. It really is a labor of Ruben’s personal love for both riding, and what the future holds for upcoming generations. My goal with this was to tell the story of what emerged as a result of Ruben’s hard work and dedication. Followed up by pure visual delight of watching him enjoy the fruits of his efforts. If there is one thing I love, is watching people ride as they would on any day, despite if anyone was looking or not. That purity never gets old to me . . . Ruben Alcantara has always, and will always be a visionary. The main thing that sets Ruben apart, is that he’s made these visions blossom into realities time and time again. And the world is a better place because of it.

Fit Bike Co. – Rooftop Radness with Van Homan
We have seen some rad promos for signature complete BMX bikes in the past, but this might be one of our favorites. Watch as Van Homan puts his 2016 signature complete from Fit Bike Co. to good use at a crazy warehouse setup with ramps before taking it to the roof top to have some more fun. Looks like it’s one sturdy BMX bike to us.
“Van Homan’s always looking for an excuse to get rad and putting his signature completes through the paces on a Philly rooftop seemed like a good one.
The VH 1 has a 20.5 top tube and is available in Matte Clear and Matte Black. See all the specs here: http://fitbikeco.com/bikes-2016/vh-1/

Nigel Sylvester – Compound Conversations
We’re not surprised when we see Nigel Sylvester getting some exposure outside of the typical BMX market. Today we see he has a new video on Hypebeast where he talks a little bit about making BMX his career and the freedoms that are involved in that choice. Pretty interesting and it’s pretty short and sweet. Take a peek!
“HYPEBEAST has teamed up with The Compound, a creative studio located in the birthplace of hip-hop, New York City, on Compound Conversations – a series of interviews in a surreal space curated by SetFree. Our last installment in this series features Nigel Sylvester, the pro BMX extraordinaire who has made a name for himself popularizing the urban sport.
