Here’s a rad one featuring Enrico Orobko getting some time in at the park in Lennukitehas over in Estonia. Enrico came up with a bunch of unique uses for the setup and put in a few tricks we don’t see all too often. Definitely worth a look!
“Enrico had two days worth of techinical maneuvers and whatnot in him, so we went to our local indoor skatepark Lennukitehas and put those fine moves on the tape.
I still don’t like the lighting in our skatepark, forcing me to film with high ISO and some corners are darker than others. So I never know if I’m doing good with brightness in my indoor videos or not.” – Alo Aasmäe
Here’s another section from the “Motivacion 2” DVD for your viewing pleasure! This time around we get some park and street action from Javi Castilla and Josue de Leon! Both of these guys have proven they’re both capable of putting together some amazing riding in the past, so you better believe they did the same for this part!
“Motivación2 third part came loads of style with Javi Castilla and Josué de León “Pinky”. With this two locals riders from La Laguna (Tenerife, Canary Islands). I have been the pleasure to film with them in their island, San Fernando or Seville.

It had been a while since we had a look at the Proper Bike Co. website, so we headed over there to take a look around. We took a look at their K7 cassette hub and noticed a pretty unique feature on it that really caught our eye; a shim system instead of bearings in the driver.
The K7 Cassette hub is a design that Proper had been working on for a few years. The shell of this hub is CNC machined from 7075 aluminum with a clean and simple look and spoke hole slots on the flanges for extra protection. Inside you can find a forged and heat-treated chromoly 14mm axle and the 9-tooth chromoly driver with Proper’s shim system instead of bearings to eliminate drivers blowing up. You can find two SKF 6902 sealed bearings to help keep the hub spinning smooth.
This hub is also available in a female version with 17mm hex bolts.

The K7 cassette hub is available in right and left side drive, 36 and 48 HOLE (rare commodity these days) spoke options, colors of black, high polish, dark blue and purple and a weight of 13.96 oz. (396 grams). This hub is available through all shops and mail-orders that carry Proper now!

Last week we caught a real dialed welcome edit for one of their new riders, Mason Ritter, who crushed it around Pittsburgh and The Wheel Mill. We have seen Mason’s name pop up a few times over the last year or so and we were curious just what he was all about, so we hit him up to find out! Let’s check out what he had to say!
