Here is a look at Subrosa‘s latest print ad featuring Scott Ditchburn and a few of the 2015 Subrosa complete bikes!

The guys over at The Merged are working on a new series with a few brands that make their frames here in the U.S and in-house versus going over to Taiwan or China to have them made. Today, they dropped the first one featuring an interview with Steve Crandall about their custom frames they make!

This is so rad. Hoffman Bikes posted up some photos from a collector named Steve Jones from Australia who has two bikes from the 90’s that look so badass. Hit this LINK for a look at his 1996 Condor build and a 1994 Big Daddy build (above). This one is definitely going to get you old guys psyched!

After a good run with the popular “Issue” frame that has seen a few versions over the course of the past few years, Sean Sexton and Kink decided it was time to start fresh with a new frame versus a revised version. A few weeks back we got a little sneak peek look at Sean’s new signature “SXTN” frame that they have been working on out in New York and we were really digging what we were seeing. We hit up Kink to get a little exclusive first in-depth look at just what they have been cooking up in the kitchen. We have the full specs, details and close up photos just in time for its release the first week of March! If you are on the hunt for a new frame, we would suggest you make the jump to check this frame out!
Wethepeople dropped this quick video giving us a closer look at their 2015 Versus complete bike! Check out the video for a closer look along with a few clips of Mike Curley putting it to work, then get the full specs and details here.
“The Versus is another incredible complete that you wouldn’t expect to carry so much punch. The red faded hubs and stem compliment the trans grey version perfectly, and each version comes with a set of Saltplus 48 spline cranks, Éclat Slash pedals, and the frame fork and bar are all full crmo! If you want to stand out this year then check out the vibrant lime green option!

Here’s some interesting news that we just caught on the Division Brand website. After a few years of just doing small parts, it looks like they have plans to expand their entire product range to complete bikes, frames and even more options for parts. Check out the official word from Clint Millar on the news. Definitely a big surprise and we’re excited to see what is to come!
“It’s been a few years now since we launched Division Brand & the support the brand has been given has been nothing short of amazing. From all the team who are down for the cause, to our list of distributors from all over the planet, to all the amazing shops that carry our products & to the riders who have bought our products, we all thank you.
It’s now time to step things up a couple notches again for Division Brand.
We will be vastly increasing the product range on hand. What started as a smaller parts range, will now include a full complete bike range, after market frames & the range of parts will be expanding as well.
New parts additions will be our first grip, the Tactical Hubs & much more still in the works. All with the definitive Division Brand aesthetic making it have it’s own appeal. These newer items will start to be available from June throughout the end of the year. The frames & complete bikes will be available from October with new parts starting to appear during these times as well.
With all these changes also comes extra responsibilities & to take these on, Cooper Brownlee will step up his role into the brand manager for the company. Cooper will also join officially as a team rider. Something he pretty much always did behind the scenes, along with all his other duties within the Colony BMX family of brands. Nothing will change with his affiliation with our other brands & he will continue to do so more than ever.
I look forward to this new & exciting chapter ahead for Division Brand & I thanks all those in advance who are down with the cause. Even better things are just around the corner, so stay tuned.” – Clint Millar – rider owner Division Brand / Colony BMX / Academy BMX.

Here’s a gem we got a look at back in September at Interbike. For 2015, Simone Barraco wanted to update his Strada tire from The Shadow Conspiracy a little bit. The Strada Nuova features thicker tread that is more flat resistant, longer lasting and durable. Then they gave the tire more aggressive sides with deeper cuts for added traction while turning. The Strada Nuova tire will be available in March in all black or green with a black sidewall, 20 x 2.30″ for the size and a 110 PSI rating through all shops and mail-orders that carry The Shadow Conspiracy worldwide.
