This time of year gets rough with the cold, wet, snowy weather. Instead of waiting for the warmer weather to return, Scotty Scamehorn and James Van De Kamp decided to load up for a road trip from Seattle on down to Austin, Texas, hitting up trails spots and parks along the way. Here’s a look at what they got into during the trip in this 13 minute gem!
Colony BMX – Ricky Catanzariti 2022
We’re always stoked when Ricky Catanzariti‘s name pops up! You know you’re going to see something original and unique every time, along with no shortage of insane nose balane. Here’s a new one filmed over the past few years for Colony that definitely delivers!
“Ricky Catanzariti has been dealing with some injuries the past couple of years but in between them all he still managed to bang out some super creative riding and package them all up into this awesome piece that he cut up himself. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, Ricky is a creative bike riding overlord. So sick!

The Daily Grind – Jon “Gremlin” Bechtold #FUCKCANCER
The other week Jon “Gremlin” Bechtold announced that he had been diagnosed with carcinoma cancer and he would be starting chemo treatment to battle it. Jon goes all in on everything he does, so you know he’s going to beat the hell out of this cancer and get back to riding. If you missed it, there has been a GoFundMe setup to help Jon and his family out with expenses during his fight!
“I have been slowly stacking this footage over the last few years between DG trip videos, and other projects I’ve been a part of. Since I found out I have cancer I wanted to put it out! Shout out to all the homies who’ve held a camera and DJ Zaren for editing it all together!” – Jon “Gremlin” Bechtold
Red Bull – Kieran Reilly Lands The World’s First Triple Flair
It’s been a little while since we’ve seen a World’s First that we didn’t expect anyone to go after, but Kieran Reilly managed to pull it off! Red Bull just released this behind the scenes style video showing Kieran putting in over 6 months of work to make a Triple Flair happen from the ramps being built to figuring it out in the foam and the battle to get it done on the ramp while taking a beating. Hit play to see how Kieran pulled off the Triple Flair.
“British BMX heavyweight Kieran Reilly has spun his way into the BMX history books landing the world’s first triple flair. To make it happen the crew built a custom roll-in and ramp at Asylum Skatepark in Nottinghamshire, England, where Kieran spent days on end attempting the trick, taking heavy hits one after another. The learning curve was steep, painful & at the end, breathtakingly successful.” – Red Bull

The Malakafornia crew over in Spain coming through with a new one featuring Javi Rodriguez going to work on street spots! This video has a good vibe to it, and Javi puts his pegs to heavy use on every rail and ledge in sight! Take a look!
“Javi Rodriguez from León with the llama..
I met Javi like 80% of the riders in Spain… A drunken night at the O’marisquiño. It was not until a year ago that I began to follow him more and see how he began to throw himself in the mud. I was amazed to know that a video part was being recorded and even more so, to know that we rewarded it on our channel.
I don’t mess around anymore, hit PLAY!” – Malakafornia
