Cranx are putting on their 2nd annual holiday BMX jam. They’ve got a Feats of Strength Holiday Jam and contest in their new bowl lined up that should be a good time. The contest will be divided up into age groups, 12 and under, 13-16, and 17 and up. So make your way there December 26th!
Action sports shows have been around for a long time, but it seems like they just get wilder and wilder as time goes on. I’m not sure exactly what the Pro Games are, but I do know a few recognizable riders like Coco Zurita were on hand to throw down and the crowd was going nuts for it. Looks like it was an awesome time.
This is pretty awesome. It’s not every day we see footage from Jamaica, so it’s good to see there’s a scene growing there. Richard “A-Wire” Lecky has a bigger dream to really put Jamaican riders in front of the world to see. Check out this video to find out more. Somebody make this happen!
“Richard “A-Wire” Lecky is a PRO BMX rider from Jamaica with dreams of competing in the X Games in 2013.
Despite being from a lower income background and having no access to skate parks or bike shops on the island, this 28 year old has overcome numerous obstacles in order to follow his dream. In 2013, he plans to be the first (and only) Jamaican to represent the small island in Freestyle BMX.
Not content with simply competing, A-Wire is already the face of a growing BMX culture in the Caribbean. With big plans to change the face of the sport, he also carries the hope of inspiring kids and other young adults to work hard and follow their dreams despite life’s obstacles.

Daniel Sanchez is always producing some damn good riding. Check out his latest video for All Day BMX Shop where he hits a ton of real good street spots, his ledge and rail setup and one of his local parks for some riding. Definitely worth a look!

Check out this day in the life of Chile’s Pablo Arias. Pablo takes you through his morning, works on one of his bikes and spends the rest of the day shooting photos. Pretty rad. Take a peek.

As always, TTL just kind of happens and this week was no different. I normally wouldn’t want to do two weeks of straight interviews but I randomly tweeted at Adam Grandmaison a.k.a Adam22 on Twitter and said that I would like to interview him for a future TTL column on the site. Well, long story short he came back with an “I dare you” and now a few days later here we are. Needless to say the reason Adam and I get along so well is because we have had a mutual respect for one another from the beginning and whether or not you want to admit it, The Come Up is a site that nearly every single BMX rider in the world checks on a daily basis so you can’t really say that he isn’t doing it right. He also has been laying low working hard on a bunch of new projects, he hired a staff of bloggers and has been working on a brand new iPhone app that will be out soon. I cruised down to Long Beach on Monday to sit down with him, chill for a bit and find out exactly what TCU has in store for the future. I also interviewed his personal bodyguard Chris Long and his new money guy Alfredo Mancuso. Love it or hate it, TCU has been a staple in the BMX scene and will be for years and years to come. Let’s get to it.

It has been a minute since we’ve seen anything from And Forks. That’s because they were silently testing the hell out of their forks until they were just how they wanted them.
