“At the end of August we brought Alex, Scootie, Timmy, and Bobbie to our home base here in ST.Louis, Mo to explore the area and visit some local shops. We sampled the streets, swimming holes and visited The Cyclery, Holdfast Bikes, Plan Nine, and Ramp riders before heading off to meet up with Clint and Brian in Vestal, NY and cruising up to Rochester to explore some more. We found good people, good food, waterfalls, and good spots the whole way.

The other weekend while what seemed like everyone was in Austin at the Texas Toast Jam, there was another jam going on in the Northeast. The New England Jam Chowda brought a bunch of riders who didn’t head south together for a day of riding and absolutely beating the shit out of their selves in the Rumble Pit. We had Nick Steben make his way to the jam to shoot some photos from the day for you to check out and he came back with 23 damn good photos featuring the likes of Stevie Churchill, Matty Long, Will Talamelli, Denny Pascasio, Zane Bradley, Rory Ellis and more all throwing down. Plus, you won’t want to miss the hilarious photos from the Rumble Pit!
I’ve been patiently waiting for this one to drop. Check out Brad Simms’ welcome to Merritt edit that’s loaded with some serious heat from the streets of Cracow, Poland. You aren’t going to want to miss this one.

“Introducing our new DIG video series taking a closer look at some of our favourite riders. With archive footage and shot throughout 2012, we kick things off with Kriss Kyle. We follow Kriss from Simple Session in Estonia to his local skatepark in Scotland, Unit 23 and find out his thoughts on riding contests versus filming for videos, and more.

We gave you a look at the first prototype of this fork during Interbike, but it looks like things are looking good for the Strain fork from Eclat since they wouldn’t be trying to get people excited for nothing. This one-piece fork is hydroformed which creates a stronger fork since there are fewer welds involved in the creation of it. They legs and dropouts are one piece for a smooth look and no welds which greatly reduces the chance of cracking in that area. I’d imagine they are still a little ways out with this one, but you can check out a few more photos close up shots of the fork right here until then.
