Mike Brennan Leaves Animal
Well this blew my mind. It was announced today that Mike Brennan is no longer riding or working for Animal. Anyone who knows Animal knows that Mike has been a big part of the brand for the longest time so this is definitely crazy to hear. This is what they had to say on the Animal website…
“Mike Brennan is no longer riding or working for Animal, we wish him the best in whatever he plans to take on next.”
John Paul Rogers Announces Collateral BMX
I’ve known about this for a few months now, but it looks like it’s nearing it’s launch. Legend John Paul Rogers has teamed up with Tom Williams from Empire to start a new website called Collateral BMX. The website won’t be launching until around October, but you can find out what they’ve got cooking over on the Defgrip website. I’m excited to see this one launch.
Josh Cox – Pre-Injury Shredding
Josh Cox Pre-Injury Shredding – More BMX Videos
Hopefully Josh Cox heals up quick because I could use more of this for sure.
“UK-based shredder Josh Cox is one of the most technical riders in the world. There are so many amazing footjam tailwhip variations in this that will completely blow your mind. He’s not just a techy, though – he can get down with big tricks as well. This dude kills it! He was recently sidelined with a knee injury, but stacked these awesome clips in the months prior. Silksworth Jam
Products: Vol. XX
This is the 20th edition of Products:. Crazy to think that it has been going on for 20 weeks already. This week we’re going to take a closer look at the Diamondback Forum complete bike, The Shadow Conspiracy‘s Ravager pedals, Zac Miner’s 2013 Miner frame from Colony, Tree Bicycle Co.‘s 4130 HT spline drive sprocket and the Madera Unity front load stem. Let’s get into this!
Sunday – Lee Dennis Soundwave Special Promo
Sunday just dropped this new promo video featuring Lee Dennis and the 2013 Soundwave special complete bike. Lee gives you a little info on the bike and then shows you what it’s made to do at Woodward West. Check it!
“If you’re looking for the ultimate complete bike available today then let Lee Dennis show you the new 2013 Soundwave Special. It uses all aftermarket parts from Odyssey and Sunday. The frame, fork, bars and cranks all use 41 Thermal Heat-Treating and come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY against bending and breaking. Lee throws down some smooth lines along with the help of a Woodward West camper in this video. It’s easy to build a top of the line bike, but to give it a price tag of $1,149.99 (USA MSRP) is very difficult to do.”
Hit this link for full specs and more photos of the bike.
