“We’ve finally put it online. This dvd was made over two years of filming and another year of me slacking on editing. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out. It started as a series of web video’s that we thought could work as a dvd so we put in some more work and here it is. Enjoy.” -Veesh

On The Horizon: Our Wax
A couple months back, I had been seeing some tweets from Grant Castelluzzo and Mike Hinkens about some new wax they were cooking up for their selves to ride with. They were talking about testing and all these different things. For some reason the past year or so, a lot of different brands have been putting out their own wax but none seem to be as unique as what these guys were doing. It didn’t quite click until closer to them dropping the news that they were actually starting up their own company. Last week they launched the brand they are calling Our Wax with their new website and a promotional web video giving you a look at the product and some riding. We figured it would be cool to get ahold of them and find out what exactly they are doing. Let’s find out exactly what Our Wax is all about…
Eastern – Big Stew Edit
This is so rad. Brian Stewart might be a smaller man but that doesn’t keep him from slaying the shit out of some rails and street spots for Eastern. Definitely check this out!
“Eastern Bikes has been hooking up Brian Stewart up for a few years now and I’ve always been stoked on his riding. A few days ago he sent over this awesome edit. So hit play and watch Big Stew hit the streets. Thanks for sending this over!” -Leigh Ramsdell.
Vans – Kevin Kalkoff Presents By The Lake
Holy hell it looks like Kevin Kalkoff knows how to throw a party to me! Check out this video from the jam that him and Vans threw the other weekend! Huge turn out and tons of wild riding. Wish I was there!
“2 weeks ago, Vans Bmx pro rider Emea Kevin KALKOFF decided to organise his first invitational event on his own riding spot in his famous city Annecy, welcome By The Lake, bowl and street invitational contest. Before the contest all the riders invited decided to visit the famous lac of annecy with some boat and water games, pretty good before to start a long day contest between bowl, street and best tricks. At this time the weather in france is perfect, the area is clean and re painted by Arnaud (famous french artist working for Shadow Consipiracy) and the staff organisation is ready to start his first adventure. Ben Hennon wasn’t in Annecy for only swimming, he won the bowl contest with crazy bangers first try, Bruno Hoffmann who always like street contest won this one pretty easy. Monster offered drinks, barbecq and good vibes too. For sure that was an awesome weekend and for a forst edition we must reconise Kevin Kalkoff organise event like he ride, perfectly. See you next year for sure for this new major event in Europe.”
