Front brake magic!
“Back in 2007 I was in Orlando for a few days and filmed this video of Mike Andrews. Mike has a style all his own and is not afraid to use his front brakes. So check out this Flashback of “Heyman”. Look for more Flashbacks.” -Leigh Ramsdell / Eastern
This week Rok gives you the low down on Toboggans! Get on this one!
“We started Tricktionary to show future generations and all others who are already riding BMX a better view on the trick and the difference between regular and opposite. Tricktionary is not a How-To, but of course, that doesn’t mean that you won’t learn from it. Each week we will try to make a new clip to fill the Tricktionary pages until it is full or we won’t be able to make any other.
In this week’s edition Rok Krivec demonstrates Toboggan.

There’s one thing that I always get really stoked on with the growth of the site. The thing that gets me stoked is that as things progress and grow, I come across more and more people I normally may not have had the chance to meet from places all around the world. A lot of the time, there’s a good chance they are talented at something other than riding a bike. Fabien Lefevre is one of those people who I came across recently that is developing into a real talented photographer. After checking out some of his photo and film work, it was clear that it would be a good idea to put some of his work in front of you guys to check out. We’ve got 18 of his photos featuring Ben Hittle, Luc Legrand, Clement Carpentier, Clement Baes, Fabien Dulong and more for you to take a peek at in this new photogallery! Check it!
Shawn McIntosh knows how to throw a jam, that’s for sure!
“Shawn McIntosh set up a jam to be held on his birthday this year. He was able to get a hand full of sponsors to pitch in some goodies to hand out, including fit bike co, to throw in one of his signature mac frames to raffle off. Everyone had a good time, plenty of shredding was goin on, and heres the little bit of footage i had to show from the day.” – Justin Shier
I’ve been anticipating this for a few weeks now. Focalpoint recently decided to discontinue the print version of the magazine and start releasing it online only. Issue 28 is their first issue that is entirely online only and damn did it turn out so rad. It’s definitely nice having a magazine in your hand, but it’s better to have this than losing the magazine as a whole since Cooper Brownlee always does a phenomenal job with it. Check out all 74 pages of goodness right here. There’s also a givewaway they’ve got hidden in the pages so try and find that too!
