Mike Cottle uploaded this WILD clip of Scotty Cranmer doing, what I’d imagine is, one of the biggest rail hops ever at the final session at the Vans Skatepark in Orlando. Damn. Shut the place properly.
Northwest Coast Trip
I definitely enjoyed this.
“If you didn’t know, now you know. . . but it rains a lot in the northwest. So when the weather is bad in town the coast is sometimes the best place to go to beat the rain. And after sitting around the house for weeks always checkin the weather channel hoping there will be a break in the weather, we just decided to take our chances and head over to Florence Oregon to shoot a little day edit for Matt Cordova. But about 30 minutes into our sesh at the park Matt took a little digger and his shoulder got messed up! So it was a bummer for all of us, but Matt was cool enough to be behind the lens and do a little shooting. Big thanks to Dan for shooting and editing! Hope you enjoy.

Harry Main Off MirraCo.
After three years on the MirraCo. team, Harry Main has decided to part ways with the brand. This is coming only a week or so after Nigel Sylvester also parted ways with the team for a new opportunity.
There has been speculation of where Harry is heading, but nothing has been announced. Suggestions of Total BMX make sense, but some people feel there’s a reason he’s in Australia. Whether is joining The Set or maybe even Colony; nobody really knows. I’m going out on a limb and saying it would probably be Total BMX out of those three options, but then again he could find a home on a completely different team. I’d imagine he will be announcing where he’s going soon enough. Below are a few words about the situation from him on his Facebook Fan Page.
“The journey Over the past 3 Years with MIRRACO has been amazing, loved every moment of it, from when i first got invited out to mirra’s warehouse in 2009, the support from the company was awsome. we are still on great terms and would like to wish Mirraco the very best in everything they do. thanks to Jim Ford & Dave mirra its been a hell of a ride over there! Harry M.”
Posse Up Video Contest
This one is directed towards the flatland guys out there.
“The premise of an online video contest is nothing new. From Groundtactics to TheHunt, we’ve seen many online video contests focused solely on the individual rider.
What the Posse Up Video Contest is about is representing your crew, your scene, your city, your posse. Flatland BMX is already individual enough, and it is my opinion that not enough effort is put into representing and portraying BMX as something beyond just riding a parking lot or a curb by yourself. We aren’t all loners, and it’s time to prove it. As bmxers, we live to ride, party, and get wild with their friends. Our goal here is to push the scenes and crews to unite around the world and show each other what they are truly about. Who’s posse is the biggest, the baddest, the sickest, or the craziest? It’s time to find out.” – Posse Up
Jai Bradley Edit
Damn. You would think by now I wouldn’t be blown away when a 13 year old can shred like a big dog, but no. I’m still blown away and I’d imagine this is due to that water down in Australia. Expect to see more of this kid in the future.
“I met Jai in the end of 2011 and had the pleasure to work with him on a few occasions up until after the new year in various parks around Melbourne and it was an eye opener . I keep forgetting that Jai is only 13 years old his talents and mannerism make him the sickest “Little Man” that i have met…. he handles himself like an adult around adults and his riding well you can be the judge……… Enjoy”
Justin Harding Edit
This dude has a real smooth style. I enjoyed it.
“With a mixture of School, Work and the great NorthWest Rain that never stops, I managed to do a little filming here and there over the summer with Nick Tellez in my local town of Salem Oregon and a little in Southern California. After this past week of rain with no time to ride I decided to slap this together.” – Justin Harding
