Ben Hittle Bike Check

Photo: Keith Teket – Ben getting some boost off the propeller and into the sky in downtown Baltimore.
I’ve been a fan of Ben’s riding for a few years now, and I figured with his new Props Bio about to drop, it would be a good time to catch up. Ben mentioned he was building up a new bike, so we decided to do a quick bike check along with a bunch of questions and riding photos to go with it. Take a look at what Ben is riding these days, what’s new in his life, some riding photos and videos, then leave him some love in the comments!

EZRA – Karl Poynter Welcome Edit
All right, this one I have no idea about. I knew Karl left Shadow to ride for a top secret brand that nobody could find out about, and now yesterday they dropped his welcome edit above, and their website, EzraBMX.com.
I usually have an idea of who’s behind a brand, but I have no idea. I’m going out on a limb and saying that Karl is at least part owner of this one. I guess we’ll have to wait and find out more. Until then, here’s a press release Karl dropped…
“Some of you may have been wondering what the story is with EZRA.
EZRA’s mission is to focus on high-quality, aesthetically pleasing parts that truly represent what BMX is about. I’m very proud to be part of the EZRA brand. I’m also pleased to announce that testing has been underway on an all new design for my signature free-coaster hub. So far, it’s been on point with its performance and longevity. This new design is something I’m really confident in and we’re working hard to get it released as soon as possible. Be on the lookout for details and photos coming soon.
Thanks for checking out ezra. We have plenty more to come.” – Karl Poynter
