Luka Lopin – In One Breath

April 21, 2020

It’s always interesting hearing what people do when they aren’t riding their BMX bike. Apparently Luka Lopin spends his days doing some really crazy work in quantum physics, then proceeds to shred his bike afterwards! Here’s a fresh edit featuring Luka going to work on street spots and parks. Despite being pegless, he gets plenty of grinding done, and loves wallrides. Hit play and check out what he cooked up!

“Luka is a young mastermind and Teslian working on quantum physics and fluid dynamics. From 9 to 5 for the money, and rest of the day for the civilization. When he’s not inventing rocket science shit, he’s jumping on all kinds of walls and filming himself doing tricks on the way to the work. Enjoy!

“Charlie “found” some “free” pallets and put them to work in his backyard, happy 4/20!” – S&M Bikes

Madera – “ABD” Extras

April 20, 2020

The Madera crew had a bunch of leftover footage from their new “ABD” DVD. Instead of letting it go to waste, they whipped up this edit filled with the clips featuring Erik Elstran, Jake Seeley, Dan Kruk, Grant Castelluzzo, Mike Hinkens, Mike Stahl, Jesse Romano, Taylor Thompson, Dylan McCauley, Jeff Dowhen, Tom Villarreal and Isaiah Johnson going to work on the streets. Hit play and take this all in, then go grab a copy of the DVDD!

“If the 52 minutes of footage in Madera’s new full-length, ABD, wasn’t enough tech street madness for you, well here’s almost nine minutes more of it for ya! And if you still haven’t snagged a copy of ABD, the level of these outtakes should be a pretty good indicator of how wild the rest of the video is.” – Our BMX

Odyssey – Jacob Cable “At Ease” Section

April 20, 2020

Odyssey coming through with another section from their “At Ease” video for your viewing pleasure. This time around we get Jacob Cable‘s section that is loaded with crazy lines and combos fueled by grinds, freecoaster action, unreal nose balance, spins and much, much more. Jacob is so damn good and this BMX video is too good to not enjoy again! Hit play and take it all in, or go watch the full “At Ease” video here!

“Jacob Cable is technically savvy, smooth, calm and collected. Throughout the course of filming this section we began to refer to Jacob’s clips as “endurance riding”, because that’s essentially what it is.. Balancing for so long or combining tricks into a combo so hard that it turns into a marathon. Jacob put in some serious work for his section in “At Ease” and the result is quite astonishing. Enjoy!

April 20, 2020

Here’s one we had come through the submissions from the crew over in Krasnodor who spent last fall out cruising spots around the city. The translation below is hard to understand, but luckily riding is universal! Hit play for over 9 minutes of solid footage packed into this BMX video!

“Autumn cassette of 2019 from ordinary Russian guys from Krasnodar city, shot on Sony TRV20E. We conceived this video as a big project, but now our paths have diverged…and this is the frames that remained for the month. Let’s remember what BMX is and shout together with happiness!

Terrible One – Cody Pollard Welcome Video

April 20, 2020

Now THIS is what we’re talking about! Cody Pollard is now doing it for Terrible One down in Australia through LUX BMX! To celebrate and to make the announcement, this new video popped up showing EXACTLY why Cody was picked to represent T1. Pure style and big blasting airs! This is too damn good to pass up. Hit that play button and enjoy!

“If it’s high speed, big transition ripping, trail roasting action you’re after, you can’t get much better than the man behind the constant smile – Cody Pollard. He just landed his childhood dream sponsorship in the form of T1 – watch him tear it up just before the Lockdown hit and cut things short.” – DIG

“Most kids never realise their dream of being hooked up or riding for a team, let alone end up representing their all-time favourite company. Fortunately for Cody Pollard this is now his reality.

Cody is one of those riders that the whole park stops to watch. He wears a permanent smile that still stands out from 10 feet above coping. It’s hard to see Cody ride and not get pumped to pick up your own bike. Off the bike is the same story. You’ll be hard-pressed to find anyone as present, nonjudgmental and authentic. These things must have struck a chord with Joe Rich when he first met Cody at the Vans Pro Cup in Sydney and the rest is history.

We had grand plans to film a whole lot more for this video. After all, when you’re riding for your dream sponsor it adds a bit of pressure to make something really special. The virus lockdown in Australia had other plans though and with skateparks being off-limits for the foreseeable future, we decided to release what we’d filmed already. Enjoy.” – LUX BMX
