Product: Proper – Acala Wedge Front and Topload Stems

Some of you might recall the INSIGHT we did with Proper a few months back about their new Acala Wedge front load stem and the Acala Wedge top load stem. These are both finally done and out now! Both stems are made from 6061-T6 alloy and both feature a reach of 49mm, the recessed top for your compression cap and their all new wedge system. The front load version offers 8.5mm of rise and the top load version offers a 20mm rise. Both stems come in color options of black, high polish, dark blue and dark red with the front load weighing in at 10.37 and the topload weighing in at 10.51 oz.
