Next up we have the Darko! This bike starts out with a frame that has a chromoly top and down tube with 1020 Hi-Ten steel for the rear triangle. The frame has a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.7″ bottom bracket height, 8.6″ (20.5″) or 8.9″ (21″) standover height and a 13.2″ chainstay length. Unlike the previous bikes we have looked at, this bike comes in two top tube sizes; 20.5″ for the smaller rider and 21″ for the taller rider. The Darko has an Integrated head tube, gussets on the top and down tubes, integrated seat post clamp and removable seat stay brake mounts. You can find the Radio AM 20 fork that has 1020 Hi-Ten steel legs and a chromoly 1-piece steerer tube and 1020 Hi-Ten steel bars with an 8.75″ rise, 29.5″ width, 11-degrees of backsweep and 2-degrees of upsweep. The 2017 Darko is a mid range complete bike that is ideal for the intermediate rider with a price tag of $429.99. The bike is geared toward street riding, but can hold up to ramps and dirt just fine. This bike is more affordable due to features like the 1020 Hi-Ten Steel fork and bars, semi-sealed hubs. These features are still solid parts, just a step down from 4130 chromoly and sealed bearings that are a little more durable. Overall, a great bike for the rider beginning to building up their trick list. The Darko comes in two color options; matte black and neon green and two top tube sizes; 20.5″ and 21″ making for a bike that caters to smaller and taller riders.
