Anyone that has rode BMX for at least a little while knows that BMX can be just as much of a mental game as it is a physical game. You can be one of the best riders in the world and still have to convince yourself that you can do something on your bike on any spot or place you might ride. There’s no denying that Rob DiQuattro is no stranger to grinding rails, but this particular clip of him doing a crooked grind is a big reminder that sometimes you have to tell your mind just what’s going on to get things under control and get it done.
