It has been a little while since the S&M Bikes Slide Pipe has been released, but it just occured to us that we never posted anything about it other than the sneak peek we posted before it ever came out. So, if you’re looking for a new rail to catch some sessions on, here’s what the Slide Pipe has to offer. The Slide Pipe, S&M’s way of creating a little competition for the Subrosa Street rail, is made right here in the U.S.A and is designed to be adjustable from heights of 12″ all the way up to 21″ with and 8′ length and a 2.25″ diameter rail that is zinc plated for extra slide. The rail is also adjustable by giving the rail hinges to allow adjustment up to 10-degrees, which will let you set the rail up on stairs and the feet will still sit flat. Speaking of the feet, they have rapped the feet of the rail in non-slip recyclable rubber making it so it won’t be moving around under you.

If you’re looking for more options, S&M also offer their “Extenz” kit which is an extension that gives you 4 more feet of length, making it a 12′ rail. You could also get the A-frame attachment which allows you to connect two rails together (16′ of A-Frame) as well.

The Slide Pipe is available through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry S&M Bikes worldwide or direct from S&M Bikes for $279.95. The Extenz attachment goes for $139.95, the A-Frame connector kit goes for $29.99 and then there’s another connector kit that goes for $24.95 that makes it so you can just keep attaching rails on and on until you run out of money.

All of the parts that make up the Slide Pipe.

The Extenz kit to give you an extra 4-feet of length.

The A-Frame kit that is needed to give you the A-Frame setup.

How did we get out of this without making any additional innuendoes?
