The other day we got a look at the new “UTB” bikes that Subrosa are releasing for those of you looking for a bigger bike to cruise when you aren’t on your BMX bike. Anyone who has rode BMX has always had trouble with these “big bikes” because you without a doubt will try and ride it like a BMX bike, and that’s not going to hold up well with those weak frames and wheels. Subrosa decided to design their own big bikes that can handle some of that abuse properly, whether it’s riding rough terrain, hopping curbs or just hauling ass and hoping for the best. Here’s a little promo video showing what the bike can handle with Ryan Sher putting the bike to good use.
After you check out the bike, take a closer look at both of the Subrosa UTB Bikes right here!
Anyone else think they did miss an opportunity to promote the Subrosa locks at the end of this one? Random thought that popped up.
“In our quest to cover what you ride from Cradle to Grave, we are stoked to officially introduce you to our newest bikes we’ve dubbed the UTB or Urban Terrain Bike.
The Subrosa UTB is an all new way of thinking for Subrosa. We set out to blend the feeling of BMX with the speed and comfort of a commuter bike and the UTB was created.
You no longer need to fear the end of the sidewalk!
