Fox dropped this new edit featuring Aaron Ross, Ruben Alcantara, Chase Hawk, Sean Sexton, Joe Rich, Liam Eltham and Russell Barone from their team trip (even though half the guys already live in Austin) to Austin, Texas for SXSW. These guys all kill it.
Product: Sunday Bonus Bike – Watermellon
See that Watermelon! from Sunday Bikes
“We present to you the latest installment of the Sunday Bonus, the Aaron Ross/Watermelon PRO. Aaron came out with the Watermelon bike last year and it was such a hit that we had to bring it out as a complete bike. This bike is the same spec as his current PRO complete bike, but now it comes in watermelon. It will be available at Sunday dealers starting June 4th. Remember it’s a Sunday Bonus, so there is only a small run of these made. If you want this bike then have your local shop get ahold of Full Factory today!”
You can see all the specs and a photo of the bike by hitting the Sunday site.
Journeys Backyard BBQ – Minneapolis
Tomorrow morning I’ll be making the drive up to Minneapolis for the Journeys Backyard BBQ at the Maplewood Mall. Corey Martinez, Nathan Williams, Ruben Alcantara, Brian Kachinsky, Aaron Ross, Tony Hamlin along with some of the Etnies skate team and Metal Mulisha dudes will be doing demos and signing autographs. They will also have bands like the Plain White Tee’s playing. If you can make it, do it. It’s a free event and it’s going to be a damn good time!
Game of B.I.K.E – Aaron Ross VS Chase Hawk
Defgrip caught up with Aaron Ross and Chase Hawk at the 45th Street Ditch in Austin, Texas for a fun Game of B-I-K-E. As you all know, Aaron and Chase have pretty different styles, so they made a few rules. Needless to say, that lead to some real interesting choices for tricks in this one. Who was the winner? Well, hit play and find out!
“The other day we started the day off with a little session at the 45th street ditch. While waiting for everyone to meet up, Chase and Aaron decided to play a quick game of B.I.K.E. for fun. The game ended up lasting a lot longer than we anticipated with Aaron doing some tricks he has never even done before. Enjoy…
Rules:
-No tricks that require brakes. (Fufanus and Abubacas)
-No tailwhips or barspins. (Kinda)
-Last letter gets two tries.
-Some tricks may have to be redone if not pulled clean.

Review: Etnies Number Mid
A few weeks ago, I got my hands (or feet?) on a pair of the new colorway of the Aaron Ross signature Etnies Number mids. I figured there had been a lot of hype about the shoes, and they seemed to be designed real well to hold up to BMX. At least, I’d hope so. It’s Aaron’s shoe and he needs something that can hold up to the riding he gets into. I decided it would be a good idea to give these a go for a few weeks and see how well they held up. So let’s take a peek…

ESPN – Aaron Ross Surgery Report
Aaron Ross had some some what “basic” surgery to repair his ankle and knee. He will be out for a few weeks, but it should allow him to spend more time riding in the long run. You can find out why he did the surgeries in an interview over on ESPN.

SUNDAY BIKES | FACEBOOK | TWITTER
Sunday have been real good about putting together these clips flipbooks featuring their products lately. They have been running through their complete line (which look real good if I may say) to give everyone a closer look at the details they put into the bikes. I’d personally trust running that whole bike beside maybe the fork since that’s about the only non-after market part on the bike. You can get all the specs and details if you hit that link up top!
