2018 Vans BMX Pro Cup – Sydney: GoPro Course Preview

Vans strapped a GoPro on Alex Hiam and had him rip the bowl for the first stop of the 2018 Vans BMX Pro Cup!

The first stop of the 2018 Vans BMX Pro Cup is going down in Sydney, Australia this weekend with some of the top bowl riders in the world getting ready to drop in. Vans strapped a GoPro to Alex Hiam‘s chest and had him drop in to give us a look at what it’s like to ride the bowl, along with some riding action. Get ready for plenty of madness to surface from this contest over the course of the next week or so.

Colony have released the new Alex Hiam signature AH Seat and Post combo!

The Alex Hiam signature Combo Seat gives you a seat and a post all in one, simplifying things and eliminating one more bolt that needs tightening. The seat starts out with a black cover with an embossed logo on the top, sides of the nose and the rear with red and green stitching on the seams to hold it all together, giving it a Rasta feel. The post is 200mm long, giving you plenty of room to work with if you’re looking for some height. Combined, the seat and post weigh in at 12.7 oz. (360 grams). While we’ve been up here freezing our nuts off in the northern hemisphere, Alex Hiam has been soaking up the sunshine and heat of the summer down in Australia! Over the course of the past few months he has been going to work stacking a ton of heavy clips during sessions at different skateparks for this new Colony video.
