Animal Bikes – Colin Varanyak & Pegy: Night Out In Japan

Animal Bikes dropped this raw cut that Colin Varanyak put together from a night and morning of cruising around the streets of Japan with Nobuhiro “Pegy” Masuda and a few others. This has a good amount of cruising around, riding and chilling. There’s some solid riding clips mixed throughout this, though. Check it!

“Colin Varanyak was in Japan for a few weeks and on his last night he hooked up with 4 Pegy and his crew for some night riding. They were in a town just outside of Tokyo. Follow Colin and Pegy as they hit sick spots a pedal till the break of dawn.”

We were wondering if the individual sections from the Animal Bikes “The Animal House” video would be making it online. Well, today it starts now. Here’s a look at Colin Varanyak‘s section that’s packed with some heavy, heavy clips from the time spent in New York City with the crew! We really love the film work in this one, too. Ryan Navazio crushed it with this one.

Animal Bikes – Street Fork

The Street Fork is made from full 4130 chromoly tubing with a one-piece 170mm long steerer tube with an integrated bearing race, tapered legs with Investment Cast 3/8″ dropouts that feature the Animal logo and the new Animal Sewer Cap up top to keep everything tight that has a 3/8″ ratchet head and a 6mm allen key bore.

The Street Fork comes in black only with TWO offsets; 26mm and 15mm (Yes, you read that right, 15mm). Animal Bikes – Jeff Kocsis Signature Grip

Animal Bikes have released this preview of the new Jeff Kocsis signature grips that will be hitting BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Animal worldwide in September. The Kocsis grip features a classic Mushroom style ribbed pattern with a small band that features an Animal logo, a mid size flange for that happy medium between flangless and full flange and a 160mm length. It also appears to have a cut line making it easy to make it flangless if you prefer that route. The grips will be available in black or Retro gum and come with Animal’s new Sewer Cap bar ends that feature a metal insert to help prevent them from breaking as easily. So, if you’re on the hunt for a new set of soft grips, these might just be what you’re looking for!
