Video Recap: 7/8 – 7-14
Holy crap did this past week fly by… I don’t know if it’s just because we’re in the middle of the summer and everyone is out filming or what, but we’ve had an insane number of videos popping up in the Daily Section lately. This week was a lot like the last few weeks where we ended up with too many videos to choose from. I’ve narrowed it down to 26 (Yes, twenty six) videos that you might have missed or want to see again that were all videos you definitely want to check out! We’ve got videos featuring the likes of Steven Hamilton, Brett Banasiewicz, Marnold, Christian Rigal, Will Herrmann, Will Gunn, Stevie Churchill, Justin Burns, Mike Saavedra, Dillon Lloyd, Dylan Sparkman, Derek Nelson, Kris Fox, Mark Mulville, Demarcus Paul, Neil Hise, Zack Gerber, Glenn Salyers, Simone Barraco, Leigh Ramsdell, Todd Meyn, Jeff Dowhen, Matt Leviege, JC Pieri and many, many more to check out so let’s get into it!
Eclat – Natives: Darryl Tocco
I found out that this was dropping the other day and I’ve been patiently waiting for it until it finally dropped this morning! Eclat caught up with Darryl Tocco for their Natives series giving you a look at where Darryl grew up, how he got into riding, his thoughts on things like the industry and more. There’s even some real good riding mixed in for good measure. Definitely stoked on this one, so hit that play button!
“When you say the name Darryl Tocco, you think of a few things; PRO bike rider, accomplished filmmaker and world class air miler. Darryl is also the perfect candidate to discuss and open up to what he thinks about BMX in general, the internet and growing up inside a BMX industry as both a pro rider and a film maker.
Natives Part 3 explores in brief the background of Darryl Tocco, it also verges on his likes and dislikes in BMX. He also does what he does every single day; riding his bike.
Filmed by Scott Macmenamin
Directed by Paul Robinson
Additional filming/riding clips: Jay Roe, Dan Coller, Walter Pieringer, Brett Tocco
Produced by Eclat BMX
Part 4: Chester Blacksmith coming soon.” – Eclat

Tony Cardona Video
I don’t recall seeing any footage of Tony Cardona since his split Empire edit with Danny Hickerson, which sucks because Tony is a ripper. Check out this video Hippie Josh put together giving you a look at some of the riding he’s been getting in recently around Austin, Texas. Trails, street, pools and ditches! This is worth a watch for sure.
