After seeing the other videos from the SOSH Urban Motion 2 video contest, I was wondering how Alex Kennedy and Richard Forne could have topped the other videos… Then I remembered it’s Alex Kennedy and Richard Forne… Everything about this video is absolutely awesome from the riding to the filming and editing. This is a MUST SEE for sure!
“1st place for the duo Rich Forne / Alex Kennedy who commit the hold up of the year. Like good poker players, they didn’t tell during the week their idea or their clips so everyone had a huge surprise during the premiere. Rich Forne had planed everything since a long time & you can tell it.
Alex Kennedy show us has easy he is on a bike & how he’s a cat that can avoid every crashes.
Rich shows us you don’t need fancy gear if you have a good idea : a tripod, a skateboard, a smartphone… and some talent on both sides of the camera. Congrats guys.” – Ride Sessions

Here’s a rad one! Matt Coplon has been seeing a ton of rain down in Florida lately, so he made his way to the Skatepark of Tampa for a session in the bowl. He pulled out the camera and did a solo filming mission and ended up with this video for Deco to check out! Definitely take a peek at this one.
“Filmed on Sunday, June 30th. From 1pm until 3:00pm.
Thanks to DECO and The Skatepark of Tampa for their support.

I was wondering when Deluxe would upload their latest DVD, “Part Duex”, online for our viewing pleasure. Turns out they’re starting to upload sections starting today with the intro from Mike Saavedra’s trails, Blue Bench, in California! This place is sooooo incredibly dialed and this whole video kicks ass, so get stoked!
“This is the Intro to Part Deux, our second full-length production…
For our second full-length film, we decided to mix things around from Welcome To Deluxe. This time out we ventured to some choice spots that our team riders created and nurture on a daily basis – from Southern California to Pennsylvania, from the Midlands of England to Southern France. We also took the team on tour to discover new spots, cook up some lines, throw some shovel-loads, and have a good time. Because that’s what we’re all about… enjoy.
Intro filmed by Aaron Nardi

A few weeks back, some of the Macneil team loaded up for a trip to Vancouver Island in Canada. Above is the video that is loaded with a TON of damn good riding from the trip that appears to have been a huge success. They even have a full photogallery that you can check out right here. Don’t skip this one.
“In the middle of June, MacNeil team riders Sam Lowe, Taylor Elvy and Greg Flag all hopped on a ferry to Vancouver Island and spent a week exploring what the area had to offer. What they found were welcoming and generous locals, great parks, camp sites, and a seemingly endless supply of spots. We put together this edit of the trip and a gallery of photos shot by Brad Hill.
Filmed and edited by Zach Rampen.“
The Alpha BMX Shop crew are working on a full-length DVD that should be out at some point this year. Above is a little promo giving you a look at what’s to come. I can imagine this will be one real solid video. Take a look!
