Red Bull dragged guys like Ben Hennon, Gary Young, Aaron Ross, Daniel Dhers and Ruben Alcantara out into the desert of Argentina to ride one of the wildest naturally made spots in the world. They had each rider being the judge of the contest and based on this video, they were able to get some riding time in without dying. Check this out.
“Ben Hennon won Red Bull Ramparanoia, the BMX competition held in the Campo de Piedra Pomez (Pumice field), located in Catamarca, Argentina, 4000 meters above sea level. The riders were forced to adapt to the demanding elevation and heat, trying to ride a bike on a surface that had never been explored by a BMX athlete before.” – Red Bull

Get your ass over to FFWD BMX to check out their new “Best and Unseen Footage of 2012” edit. It’s jam packed with all of the best footage that Mike King had compiled from 2012 and a features pretty much all of your favorite riders. So good.
Every year I get so stoked when this video drops. Paul Calvière goes through the year and collects the wildest riding from the year and puts it together into one banger edit recapping the entire years riding. The footage in this is a HUGE reminder of just how insane BMX progressed this year. I advise all of you to hit the play button.
