Nose balance? This guy don’t need no stinkin’ nose balance! We’re not quite sure how this works, but whoever this guy is, he has some serious wheelie skills on a BMX bike… So many skills that his front wheel is non-existant. Just when you thought your barspin game was on point, right?
Through The Lens: Creative Minds – Nick Sawyers

When it came time to get the third edition of “Creative Minds” done I had no problems picking the next artist to feature and that happens to be Nick Sawyers. It was a name that I wasn’t necessarily familiar with but after realizing all of the stuff that he has done in the BMX world I quickly realized that I had already been into his work without even realizing who he was. It’s not every day that the BMX world is graced with talented artists so when it happens it’s rad to see them get the opportunities to create and showcase their skills within the BMX community. Nick is a jack-of-all-trades, can work in a multitude of mediums, and has a sense of humor that shines through in almost every piece he creates. Take a few minutes and get to know someone who is down to put in the work and do what it takes to become successful as a creative, regardless of the trials and tribulations that come right along with that.
Kent Pearson Interview

I’m not really sure when the first time I saw a video featuring Kent Pearson. Needless to say that the guy has been killing it on a BMX bike long before I even started riding and continues to do so today like a champ. I’ve definitely been a fan of his riding for quite some time now thanks to his creative front brake riding that always leaves me stoked and wanting more, it’s easy to say he’s one guy I always look forward to seeing something new from.
Recently when his latest edit dropped, it got me thinking that it would be awesome to get ahold of this guy and find out just what he’s all about. One thing lead to another and we got in contact and I quickly learned he’s a whole lot more than just a guy who knows the ways of the front brake magic game. I shot him a bunch of questions to get to know him, and here we are today! If this doesn’t get you excited about front brakes or at the very least really stoked on Kent, something is wrong with you! Enjoy!

Product: Wethepeople – Seed 16″ Complete Bike
What did your first bike look like? I’m willing to bet it wasn’t as dialed as this 16″ Seed complete from Wethepeople. Check this quick promo video!
“The Seed BMX 16″
We don’t believe in restriction at wethepeople; why should a rider have to wait until he can be a certain size to fully appreciate the opportunities BMX has to offer right?
That’s why when we developed the 16″ Seed – we didn’t believe that just because it was a smaller bike it shouldn’t have the same amazing components and quality as its older brothers and sisters. Always wanting to go the extra mile, we have developed a whole host of components tailored to fit a small rider. The Seed comes with a shorter offset stem, smaller pedals and ergonomically shaped saddle all built for one purpose to give even the youngest rider the best possible start in BMX.
