Product: FBM – 16″ and 18″ Gypsy Frames

July 26, 2012

I always wondered if FBM would ever do some of the 16″ and 18″ frames. It would appear they are going to give it a shot since they’ve made these samples of the mini Gypsy frame to give a go. They look really dialed and I’m more than positive they will be able to hold up to anything kids are going to do… even though kids are crazier than hell now days. These are just samples, but I could imagine they will be available soon. Find out more here.

Sneak Peek: Skavenger – USA Made Bridge Frames

July 20, 2012

In the recent push by Animal to bring production back over to the U.S, it looks like Skavenger is following those steps. Here’s a look at a sample of Edwin DeLaRosa’s Bridge frame that is made in the U.S. There was no other information about the frame from changes from the original version or who is manufacturing it. I want to say Solid for some reason. Either way, I’m sure I’ll be able to get the full scoop at Interbike in September. You can check out more photos here.

Sneak Peek: Wethepeople – 2013 Scorpio Frame

June 15, 2012

Wethepeople dropped this sneak peek of their 2013 Scorpio frame for you to try and wrap your mind around. Both of the gussets look to have some sort hydro formed or investment cast style gussets on the top and down tube. Definitely looks pretty unique and clean. Real interested to see more of what their 2013 line will have available.

BSD – Antony Lille and the Too Loose Frame

June 11, 2012

Antony Lille’s signature “Too Loose” frame from BSD is finally out now. Here’s a fresh promo edit that’s damn good and definitely something you want to check out.

“ Antony Lille has been putting away clips for this new Too Loose frame edit for a short while now and as always delivers a dose of fast paced and creative street riding with his own unique style. A lot of the edit below was filmed during the photo shoots for Anto’s interview in the first issue of Figuré BMX magazine which you should try and get a hold of if you havn’t yet had the chance to see it. Our thanks go out to John Garcia for filming with Anto. Enjoy…

Anto’s signature Too Loose frame features a super short 13.25″ rear end, a steep 75° head angle and slightly beefier tubing so that it holds up to his go big and fast approach to riding. Check out the frame photos below as well as Anto’s newest print advert as seen in Soul BMX Magazine issue 74 and for the full spec head over to the Tooloose frame product page”

Filmed by John Garcia. Additional filming and editing by Dave Sowerby.
