To promote their new Business to Business website, 4Down have started a new weekly video series to give you a closer look at some of the products they carry. This week, Dean Hearne sits down and pulls out a set of Animal Akimbo cranks for you to check out. Take a peek!

Cult heard you really like the color red, so they’ve got and made pretty much everything they make in blood red just for you. Get some!

Not sure if anyone remembers my ranting about how brakes were starting to make a come back a little over a year or not, but I’m sticking to my guns, haha. Head over to Can You Dig It to get the low down on the new Desist brakes from Kink.

Cult‘s new American made Deathrow cranks are OUT NOW. These cranks have 4130 tubular arms that are fully heat-treated and swaged with wrap around gussets on the spindle and pedal bosses, a hollow 22mm, 48-spline 4130 heat-treated chromoly spindle and hollow flushmount bolts. The Deathrow cranks are right and left hand drive compatible and weigh in at 30.4 oz. Note: These cranks do NOT come with a 22mm bottom bracket.
You can pick a set of these cranks up by having your local shop hit up the Cult Distributor in your country. If you are in the U.S you can have your local shop hit up Tip Plus (West Coast), Greenhouse (Midwest) or Animal (East Coast). These should also be hitting Dan’s Comp in the next few days as well.

Spring is starting to show signs of life around these parts (at least in the midwest) and I’m sure there are a bunch of riders who have been stuck inside just itching to get their bikes all dialed in and get back outside where we’re supposed to be. It’s definitely a good time to get your bike all ready to roll since nobody wants to start the first sessions of the year outside with a beat up bike. This week we’re going to take a closer look at the new Ben Lewis bars from Fit Bike Co., the new Banana wax from Sunday, Deluxe‘s new F-Light wheel sets, Madera‘s Mast topload stem and 34R‘s Roto Twister gyro. Let’s take a closer look!

Kink have just dropped their new colorways for 2013. You can now pick up their products in bronze, blue, Pitch blue and Slate grey. You can check out the full line including 3 of their new seats Right Here. Tony Hamlin’s signature Solace frame and bars are now available in Blood red and Translucent blue which you can check out more of right here. Looking fresh!

Mutiny Bikes is giving away a pair of their new Cinch cranks, Diamond grips and a Mutiny X Monster Rally t-shirt on their Facebook page. Get in on this!
