The updates for BMX The Game keep rolling, and it looks like they’ve released one last one for the year with improvements for the game, along with some holiday inspired mods to the maps and characters. Check out a little promo above, then more details below!

“Almost a month since we updated the game. Now, Winter Update is real. We’ve made a lot of efforts to bring this new version and 30% off! It’s a tough situation, working from home and not being able to be with the team, but the Barspin Studios team is doing its best to keep improving the game in every patch. This update is the last of 2020, an amazing year for us, releasing the Early Access of BMX The Game to still making it together with you and the rest of the community.

We upgraded our Game Engine, better physics (aerials, riding, spins, tricks, helpers, etc.), new tricks, the famous Pin Dropper, Winter clothes (and special Xmas wear), we improved the performance of the game (note that the city doesn’t work correctly until we finish it, so please, read the disclaimer on the Loading screen), a new Featured Park, now you can change your rider skin, freecoaster (finally!!) and much more! Maybe you’ll have a slow download, please, be patient, this new version has new files built on a better Game Engine. If you switch between different game updates (from other games), your velocity will increase!

In the last 4 months, we’ve made a big effort to still developing the game, thanks for supporting our work. These days we’ll rest a bit, taking energy for the next year. The updates for BMX The Game have been rolling out more frequently, and it looks like they have just released a new update with a few new tricks like roll backs and can cans, some changes to the physics and game play, and even some Halloween goodies that are temporarily available. We hope you’ve enjoyed the latest Major Update, with everything we’ve added and improved…

Well now, almost two weeks later we bring you a patch that we were very excited to share, Halloween Update, with a discount for 4 days. We’ve made a lot of improvements to physics, the longed-for rollback, and the first iteration of can can, fixed absorption on drops, and removed delay on impact, in addition to removing the feeling of slow-mo. Several changes have also been implemented that improve performance and we have themed content for Halloween, temporarily available. New featured park, special clothes, room decoration, and some more surprises.

We started working on the new updates that will be released soon, but we want to thank you for all the supportive comments you have given us. Also thank all those who are rating us on Steam to help the team and development, which motivates us to continue working to the fullest.

Here’s some news for the riders out there who have been playing, or are thinking about picking up a copy of BMX The Game. They just pushed through a major update with a bunch of new tricks, features and more to continue to improve the game. This game has been years in the making, but seems like it’s starting to get back on track the past month or two after disappearing for a while. Take a peek.

Yesterday we were surprised by a video from BMX The Game that announced Official Early Access to the game starting August 28th. Now today we get another preview, this time of the Park Editor Mode that’s going to be coming with the game. Hit play for a taste of what you can whip up for your own setups from rails and ledges to kickers and more. We would assume there’s options for a bunch of other ramps that aren’t shown in this. Either way, hit play and take a look!

It has been a while since we’ve got an update about BMX The Game and honestly we kind of figured we wouldn’t be seeing much about it since the last update was around 2017, especially with the BMX Streets game taking over. But, that changed today when a trailer dropped for the Early Access that will open up August 28th! Hit play to get a taste of what’s to come if you’re looking for a new BMX game to play.
