I don’t know why this is Stephan Gotz’s last chance, but I can tell you he made the most of it! Check out this video filled with some BIG drops and huge stair sets to go along with some real good film work! This is definitely different than what we see from a lot of videos, so take a look! That last clip will make you squirm.

Bizarre BMX Riding with Kyle Hart and Albert Mercado
Although you probably have no idea what the hell Kyle Hart and Albert Mercado are talking about, they do end up getting a ton of damn good clips in this Calling The Shots! No panda’s were harmed in the making of this…
“San Diego pros BMX riders Kyle Hart and Albert Mercado take you on a journey of bizarre tricks and a never been done move in the land of milk and honey. Enjoy the Beagle Manglers and Panda Planting and take note of Kyle Hart’s 180 crooked grind to fake no hander, pretty sure that is a NBD.” – Network A
Flatland Video Magazine #09 – Flatark
Here’s one we spotted on Flat Matters! We’ve seen some footage from the Flatark contest the other weekend in Japan, but this video Flatland BMX Magazine dropped is one of the more extensive ones! Hit play to take in a ton of the riding that went down. Nothing short of amazing!
Cherrywood – Every Other Birthday
We’ve seen BMX pop up in music videos plenty of times in the past, but it’s always good to see it keep happening. We spotted this video for a band called Cherrywood over on Focalpoint and were pretty psyched on it. Turns out, Chris “Flagz” Matthews was behind this whole project, so you know it represents BMX in a good way. Check it!
““Every Other Birthday is the first single off Cherrywood’s upcoming record “High End of a Low Town” recorded by Paul Maybury (King Gizzard, Graveyard Train) at A Secret Location Studios in Melbourne. Musically it’s less ‘country’ and more ‘opening credits to a Molly Ringwald film’ than their past recordings… One of those just-in-time-for-summer type tunes that people ought to be humming on the way to the pool. Lyrically it’s kind of bleak: another birthday and another small town year goes by without realising your unrealisable dream… but that’s what makes it the kind of toe tapper you want to hear over and over again. Nothing wrong with a bit of depressing summer pop, as your grandma used to say.” – Nick Finch – Graveyard Train/Black Hat Rackets
The song’s video clip was directed by Chris Matthews of Defero Productions (Batpiss, Spinning Rooms) and is a ridiculous homage to the 80’s BMX adventure film.

GT – Ty Callais Edit
It’s funny when you think about how you haven’t seen a video from somebody for a while, then they pop up with a new edit. Ty Callais coming through with a ton of real good riding in his latest GT video that’s all covered in dirt.
“Ty puts in work no matter what he does. Whether its jumping off roofs or simply digging trails. Ty always puts 110% into what he loves to do. Enjoy this all trails edit I had the privilege of making.
