Chain Reaction – Ben Hennon at Rush Skatepark 2013

If you follow Ben Hennon on Instagram, there’s a good chance you have been seeing the previews of the new Rush Skatepark he has been helping to build. It would appear that the park is done and ready to open up, but you better believe Ben had to get in there and give it a proper break in before that happened. Check him out crushing it at the park in this video from Chain Reaction!

Check it out as Ben blasts around the bowls hips and other cool ramps on offer, throwing down his normal speed and power combined with loads of control and tech tricks. Ben has been working hard with Anthony Ramsey designing and building this awesome new setup and we’re excited to bring you this first look at the park.

Based in Stroud, Rush is the first indoor skatepark in Gloucestershire and offers a 40,000sqft, fully open plan setup of indoor insanity to suit all kinds of riding styles.

Thought up, funded and created by parents Jerry and Michelle Norman who spotted an opportunity to support their son and the surrounding community with some where fresh, exciting and close to home the park will run 6 days a week with a full stocked shop and café.

Monster – David Lieb’s Professional Debut

After winning the Recon Tour and killing it at the Play contest the other weekend, Monster have added him to their line up! They caught up with him at Spinner’s house to find out how he got to that point and what he thinks about it. There’s also a bunch of dialed riding mixed in. Expect to see plenty more of this guy in the future.

“A few weeks ago Monster Army Major David Lieb made his professional debut in the Play Pro event at Mike Spinner’s personal back yard park in Florida. After winning the Recon Tour Championship, David earned his way into this competition where he went head to head with the best in the world. David held his own against riders who he looked up to for years and his technical riding did not go unnoticed. Finishing 9th place out of 19 riders was an amazing start to David’s undeniably bright BMX future.”

Vans – Out of Bounds: Daniel “Naran” Penafiel – Chapter 1

Vans is starting a new video series with their Spanish team called “Out of Bounds” where they take a closer look into the lives of each of their riders. This first episode starts with Daniel “Naran” Penafiel who talks about a few different things along with rides a real crazy cave setup. Take a peek!

Red Bull – Dawid Godziek Construction Session

I can’t begin to tell you what actually went down to make this video happen because I don’t know how to read or speak Polish… but what I’ve gathered based off this video is that Red Bull got Dawid Godziek a little time in at a crazy construction site for some riding. Looks like it was a little messy but well worth it to ride that full pipe!

Fact: Even if you saw the original Macneil edit from their team trip to Long Beach, California a year back… This footage of Chris Silva is well worth another look! Hit that play butttttton!
