Word that Corey Bohan is no longer riding for The Set has been confirmed on the DUO site. It sounds like he might already have something cooking with a new sponsor, but nothing for sure. Verde or Haro maybe?
In other good news, his “Wizard of Aus” video series is filming for the second season. Hell yes.
One thing I always get really stoked on is when people are going out and making their ideas and dreams happen. I’ve been a fan of Roy Van Kempen for quite a while and the website him and Tom Lammerse started a while back called We Are Orange Juice. Since it’s launch, they have been making moves to keep things fresh. A few weeks ago announced that they would be starting a full on lifestyle brand to accompany their blog with clothing and accessories sharing the Orange Juice name. I was really impressed with what they were able to produce for their first collection, so I decided it would be a good time to catch up with Roy to find out more about the brand, how they got moving in this new direction, the process of making it and happen and where they are going with it. There was a benefit jam thrown over in Germany (I’m guessing) recently to help raise money for Brett Banasiewicz. Dang this is rad. Matt Gistinger has a pretty unique street style that’s real technical. I feel like the only rider I could compare his riding to is Grant Castelluzzo. Check Matt out putting his pegs and nose balance to work. Definitely something to see.

It’s been a minute since we’ve seen some fresh footage from Tom Behrendt, but it looks like he’s been alive and well.
