A few weeks back, The Shadow Conspiracy team made a trip to California for their “Keep It Local” tour. They made a stop by East County BMX in San Diego for a session and to hang out with the locals. Here’s a video that Doeby Huynh put together from the day. Looks like it was a real good turn out.

I was wondering when Ride BMX was going to be dropping this video. It’s awesome to see how long Ride BMX has be going and how much it has changed along the way. Check out some of your favorite pros and industry dudes talking about the magazine in this video to celebrate.
“We premiered this at NORA Cup in Las Vegas and now have it available for viewing on our website–the Ride 20 Year Anniversary video put together by Mark Eaton. Featuring legends of the magazine as time has gone on, they get down to their favorite memories from the past 20 years. Awesome stuff–press play on the video above and enjoy.”
Oh wow. This is seriously loaded up with a ton of heat. Don’t skip this one for sure!
“I was lucky enough to be able to visit my sister during thanksgiving break down in Florida. My good friend James Harvey was super nice and drove me over 6 hours to two different parks, indoor Merrit Island (Pardise Skatepark), and outdoor Daytona (Bethune Point Skatepark). It was one of the best times I’ve had in a while and we have the video to show it!” – Adam LZ
Looks like Dravin Hallford was sitting on some real quality footage from last month. Take a peek!
“A couple sessions at the Scion park in Lewisville, TX. Watch as Alex Hammett & Dravin Hallford shut down the park. Keep an eye out for the solid goldies throughout the vid. This is an edit you don’t want to miss!

The madness of the “Holiday season” is starting to kick in. This past week brought on a few food comas due to Thanksgiving, people going ape shit over deals at Wal-Mart on Black Friday, and now we’ve got a full recap of all the best edits that dropped in the Daily Section that you might have missed due to everything going on. Strangely enough, we have ended up with 13 edits again. I’m starting to wonder what the hell is going on with that. But let’s take a peek already!
Higher quality export.
Original version.
A few years ago, VX footage was pretty much the best quality footage you could get online, then HD quickly took over the world and the quality of footage that sites like Youtube and Vimeo were able to playback increased dramatically. Now days you can get footage that is so crispy and clean it almost looks real. However, a lot you BMX guys still stand behind the VX and there’s no doubt that it still produces some amazing quality.
When Ryan Navazio was finishing up the new Cult “Talk Is Cheap” video, he started playing around with settings a little more to increase the compression quality of web videos and he ended up finding a pretty easy trick to get a little more quality out of the VX. Hit this Link to check it out. Above you can see the differences in the video he used as an example.
Hyper‘s Dan Mentzer recently spent a day at the Reid Menzer memorial skatepark stacking some real good clips. Here’s the video that came from the day for you to check out. Give it a look!
