There has always been something intriguing to me about getting some behind the scenes details on a photo. I don’t know what it is about it but I just get stoked on seeing exactly how someone shot a specific photo and get a little insight into the process. I suppose it has something to do with the fact that every photographer shoots a little differently, which in turn makes each story unique in its own way. I can remember studying photos in magazines and borderline obsessing about the way that they were shot and honestly over the years not much has changed. I still find myself getting lost in photos to this day with the same level of curiosity that I had when I first started shooting. With that said, enjoy round seven of WYDK.
Going into this one, I really didn’t expect to see a bunch of banger clips from Kriss Kyle, Simone Barraco, Alex Kennedy, Pete Sawyer, Jason Phelan, Dan Lacey, Scott Ditchburn, Chad Kerley, Bruno Hoffmann and more! I’m not sure what the Cycle Show is, but they recently did a show explaining what BMX Street is and they used a heavy arsenal of riders to show how crazy it can get. This is one you will want to watch!
Chad Kerley’s signature bars from Premium just dropped and they put together this video to give you a closer look at them. They’re made from fully heat-treated, 11-butted chromoly with a rise of 8.25, 8.5″ and 8.75″ and a width of 28″. They have 12-degrees of back sweep, 1-degree of upsweep and come in colors of black, gold and silver with a weight of 26 oz. (8.5″).

Here’s a look at Dan’s Comp‘s latest print ad featuring Chad Kerley and his signature bike, parts and clothing! This can be found in the new issue of Ride BMX.
Christian Rigal, Dennis Enarson, Rob Wise, Connor Lodes, Chad Kerley, Geoff Slattery, Mike Jonas and Ronnie Napolitan all just got done with working on Markit’s first DVD, and already they stacked ten minutes of quality footage for their winter promo. With a rider list like that, I don’t think that I need to say much more. Get watching!
