Leon Hoppe on Radio Bikes
We have been hearing that Radio Bikes was going to be making some moves here and it looks like they’re well on their way based off this news! They have just added the young gun shredder from Germany, Leon Hoppe, to their time! Expect to see plenty more from him in the future!
“We would like to officially announce that 17 year old German street slayer Leon Hoppe has just joined the Radio Bikes team!
Leon is part of the new generation of hugely talented technical street riders bursting out of Germany at the moment and we couldn’t be more stoked to welcome him in to the Radio family. Along with the ability to land some of the most un-thinkable tricks with ease, Leon has an attitude towards riding that makes him the perfect addition towards the team and we can’t wait to start going on trips with him.
Leon came into the Radio office today to build up a brand new setup including our Toren frame, Siren Bar and some 2015 prototype parts you will be hearing about real soon. We will be working closely with Leon and the rest of the Radio Bikes team on developing our new range for next year including a our 2016 line of complete bikes, a new frame, fork, freecoaster hub and more…
You will be able to see Leon killing it for us at the WTP Autumn Session contest next weekend in Trier and on team trips and projects we have planned for this year.”

The guys at The Daily Grind are working on a freecoaster of their own that I’d imagine will be getting some work done internally to take some serious abuse. It would appear to be working with the Ezra system, so we can expect it to be freecoaster and cassette compatible!

“Erie Skateapark was one of the first street league style parks the company built in Colorado and this place is so much fun! It has everything you need from hubbas, flat rails, ledges everything you could possibly need. So I set out a mass text and got a lot of the guys from the greater Denver area to link up and have a great session at one of my favorite parks in Denver. Check it out these guys put in some decent work this night at the park.
