Sean Fontenot mentioned to me that we should check out the Sunken City in San Pedro, CA. Apparently this is an old city block from the 1930’s that sank into the Pacific Ocean. This was also the shot location of “The Big Lebowski” when they dump Donnie’s ashes into the ocean.

People have been moving out West for hundreds of years now. Settlers traveled in covered wagons with hopes of striking rich during the California Gold Rush in 1848. BMXers have done the same by escaping the frigid winters of the East Coast, and soaking up the sun out in the West. Cory Wiergowski and Nick Bullen did just that, when they decided to up-and-move to the “Scum House” in Phoenix, Arizona. With that being said, lets dig deeper into the thoughts of Nick and Cory. “Misled Clothing held their 2nd annual “BMX Bash” in Cincinnati, OH recently, so I made my way up to document the fun. The bash consisted of a dirt jumping comp, long jump, and numerous amounts of products that were given away. “It’s a shame that Mike Tag was diagnosed with cancer. However, we can pull together, and help a fellow rider when they need it. Over the past few months countless jams, fundraisers, and contests have been held to help Mike with his medical bills. Ft. Wayne is where FBM started, so it was only logically to hold the Mike Tag Benefit Trail Jam at the local 4910 trails in Indiana.
