As some of you may recall, DIG announced a few weeks back that they would be making some changes to the format of the magazine along with making it available for free in shops in the U.S and U.K. Well, the first issue of the new format is OUT NOW and it’s looking awesome. They’ve got 4 collectors edition covers featuring Ruben Alcantara, Brian Foster, Van Homan and Joe Rich for this issue. You can check out all the info by clicking here.

DIG dropped a few photos of some prototype pedals that Jared Washington is running from Animal. These plastic pedals are bearingless and appear to run on an oversized hollow spindle. I’m personally really excited to see how things go with this because it sounds like a great idea that’s well thought out. I wouldn’t be where I am today without DIG or Will helping me out over the years so it’s something I am excited to see.
