Tony Cardona has been fairly under the radar for the past year or two and it’s kind of a bummer since he’s always fun to watch ride. Empire just dropped this fresh new video of him killing spots all over Austin that is definitely worthy of the “MUST SEE” rating! So damn good. I hope this means we’ll be seeing more Tony again soon. I guess the video isn’t embedable, so check it out HERE.
Do you want to know what makes today special? No. It’s not because it’s 4/20. No, it’s not because it’s Friday… Because Empire just dropped the intro to “Bad Idea” as a sign that this video is really done… and really coming out soon. Hell. Fucking. Yes.

If there’s one rider that really can constantly blow my mind these days, it’s Tom Dugan. His riding is about as wild as his personality and I can honestly say I’ve laughed harder watching his edits than most of the specials I’ve seen on Comedy Central. The other week BMX got a pretty good scare when word started popping up on Twitter that Tom went down hard during the Red Bull Metro Pipe contest and was in a coma. It got a little scary there for a bit, but luckily Tom pulled through and is on his way back to blasting. I figured since he had some down time that it would be a good time to finally fire out an interview with him. Tom keeps it pretty simple, but it sounds like he’s definitely got some good things coming that he mentions in this. So let’s do this!

Vans and Empire have teamed up to do a collaboration with the Ruark shoe. They got Adam Roye involved to do the design work and it looks like it came out dialed as hell. Real simple and clean. Over the years I’ve definitely become a fan of George. Not only can he kill it on a bike, he can also kill it behind the camera as well. Without a doubt, things have definitely been going well with George lately. Graduating college, getting bumped up to the Mutiny pro team and being added to the Empire team are just some of the things that he has going on these days.
